What's the point of items when you have to sell everything before you go to dungeon?

Combat is straightforward, and outfist variety was it's a really nice addition. If you are into lesbians and petite girls I can certanly recommend the game.

Senpai and the Mysterious Island is an RPG maker game I neither liked nor disliked—it sits firmly in the "mid-tier" category. While the game is functional and fully playable, it often feels dull and uninspired.
The main town is small and offers very little to do, which limits engagement outside of dungeon grinding. The core gameplay revolves around running random dungeons and picking up gear. However, a major drawback is the inventory system—every time you enter the dungeon, you're forced to discard all your inventory and equipment. This mechanic detracts from the overall experience. Tip: When grinding dungeons, [G] makes the pink bar go up again. Also Thunder and Heal combined with mana regen is OP.
What saves the game from being entirely forgettable is the decent variety of clothing options and the ability to switch freely between the two playable female characters. These features add a small amount of charm and flexibility to an otherwise lackluster game.
The scenes happen mainly when you loose, but there are a few events in between. The scenes themself is nothing special.
While I can’t recommend this game, it’s at least a functional and complete game. However, there are far better options out there for those seeking a more engaging experience.

My review is only for 18+:
See the dev's website for the adult restoration patch—it’s free and doesn’t require an account. However, my antivirus did not like this file at all. Make sure you start the game at least once (so Steam creates all the necessary files), close the game, and then run the restoration patch.
The game is good (above average, below very good). You control one girl at a time, but you can switch easily. Events (I triggered for now) are the same for both, but whose CG (aka what actually happens, that is NOT a copy paste from the other girl) you’ll see depends on who is in control unless it involves both of them. The game is focused on visual stuff, with tons of clothing options—just look at the screenshots to see how many slots there are. You can change hair color, and it stays the color you chose even in CGs.
The story is a superficial one, meaning if you don’t like reading, it’s just enough, but if you love visual novels, you might want to try a different game. The "quality" and "depth" feel like an AI wrote the script. The H scenes are static images with variations. Many are lesbian between the two girls. Some are extremely questionable situations—the type where a female H game protagonist agrees to something and, because of this agreement, pushes herself even though it’s clearly rape (non-consensual sexual acts of any nature).
I’m not that far into the game, so I don’t know if there will be male assau—oh sorry, I mean sex acts with males—but for now, it’s mostly NPC women touching MC, including using toys, dildos. There are also machines and some monster related.
The town has little to nothing to offer in terms of exploration, aka event you can trigger in your free time.
The dungeons are dungeon-crawling type that reset each time you enter. You need to pay attention to how you play, or it’s game over soon. Otherwise, it’s just about timing since it’s real-time battle.

The developers paid due attention to the plot armor in this game.
Bikini and full body Tentacle Suit have strongest stats in this game.
Also "Cat Tail" have second strongest defense stat for accessory slot.

The girls designs are pretty cute, and the H scenes are good and plenty (make sure to install the free patch to unlock these).
I recommend it if you’re into lewd games with actual effort put into them!
P.S.
It's a yuri-focused work, and many of the H-scenes are yuri sex.

Buggy gameplay, bad performance with the game getting worse the longer it runs and having to be restarted to fix the framerate again, unbalanced and I finished it in 2 hours, another 20 minutes to see the missed content. Even if the main characters are cute and I like the relationship they have, it's just not worth it. Also translation errors/bad grammar here and there.
The clothing system is interesting, and the cursed equipment, but I feel like there just wasn't given enough time to really have a big impact for any of these things, and only 3 main bosses/dungeons to clear + a forest is really not a lot of content. Just feel unfinished.

I've never been so glad to find out I hate the gameplay of this game so fast.
EDIT: Okay now that I've gotten my one sentence frustration review out of the way I'll clarify. The combat feels frustrating. It's not a turn based system like many other RPG Maker games. It's more real time. The problem is the feedback is garbage. My first enemy I attack and it's right in front of me so I should see damage, right? Wrong. I take damage instead. I spam attack. I do eventually beat the mob, but I get hit way more than I hit it. There's no clear feedback on what I'm doing wrong to get railed so hard. I got to the next mob and change up tactics trying to flank around it and make attacks. Same problem happens.
I could care less if we get good scenes if the process to get those good scenes is a frustrating pain in the neck.

Short fan game with good CGs.
The endings depend on the Choices after defeating the Bosses.
For people who have problem with battles:
You can take 1 any item in dungeon which one you want before going to the Boss raid.
Put weapon like Long Staff or Spear into Secret Pouch (Item =Weapon = Insert in Pouch),
and after this game turn into easy mod. Basic First Aid heal enough to finish the game.
The dungeons have roguelike elements. There are 3 different dungeons with a boss fight at the end.
The combat system is real-time action, rather than turn-based like in most RPG Maker JRPGs.
You can power up using the scarecrow next to your house, so increasing your HP regeneration, experience points, and attack power will make things easier.
Also, enemies will attack with faster attack speed if you get close to them, so you can fight relatively safely by stabbing them with a spear.
Also in the game you can change the hair color of the main characters using the color palette, and the hair color will change in some CGs, i not sure if i even see something like this on RPG Maker engine before.

This is a sequel to the previous title, "Senpai and the Mysterious Dungeon" and since the story is explained early on in the game, you can start playing this one without any problems.
Game allowed to open all CG scenes and costumes from day 1.
Just talk to the cat and he will give you access to the recollection room. Contains scenes with lesbians, tentacles and robotic toys.
