This has to be the toughest rhythm game I've played.
I could only enjoy this on EASY difficulty and I felt like I was playing like a pianist with all the keys I had to press (in a good way).
The art-style is cute and the music is pleasant.
In normal mode and higher, the events require so much multitasking that it's physically impossible to keep up and highly stressful to play.
Worth a try.

This is the game that you would get if you took "You are now manually breathing" in a literal sense.
The music and the artstyle are memorable and you will have a good time during your first play-through of the game, but do avoid to trying to go for 100% of the achievements as a single "GOOD", "BAD", or "MISS" will have you repeating a single part for nearly a entire hour.
But putting that aside, I do think that the game does deserve it's current rating despite the fact that it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to reach either endings to the game.
