The inability to save when and where you want doesn't add anything to the game, and in fact may ensure you lose significant chunks of progress. Why? What is so wrong with providing that convenience to the player, in case they have to do something else with their limited free time? I got the game on sale for $1 during the winter sale so I won't refund, as that would be insanely petty, especially for an indie title. Too bad, looks like the game could be interesting.

A teenager's idea of mysterious characters, the undiscovered or ruinous worlds, the falling of towers from the sky, the development and sudden destruction of worlds. This game embodies the dev's passion for immersive, and mystery-filled worlds. Worlds (2016). The worlds are mostly self-contained, and their existence create an anthology-style world-building which allows for interesting plots between the overarching quest developments. Worlds (2016). The game looks, and plays like Newgrounds Metal Gear. It's art-style contains just the right amount of crust to immerse you in it's various segments of: reflection through audiovisual isolation like listening to goreshit standing under a spray-painted bridge while it rains, or audiovisual horror almost like searching a decaying healthcare facility in the woods and finding an office CRT playing bass-boosted Shrek 3. Worlds (2016). If you want to experience what pops out when a creator, visionnaire, and maverick gets it done, you must play this game. If you want to be influenced by an influencer, you must play this game. 8/10. Worlds. It came out in 2016.
