The game has good bones.... but it still needs to be filled out a bit. The core gameplay loops of chasing down all the targets is tight and fun, but it's a little too buggy and punishing.
The "bullets" don't hit where they clearly are hitting too many times, and the kick mechanic (for opening doors) requires way too much precision for a game intended to be fast-paced like this (it either won't connect, or will actually pull the door into you if it's not *just right.*
With some polish, this could be a serious contender in it's price bracket, but IMO it still needs that polish.
