servers are hosted by players. servers didnt show up after 5 mins of waiting on two occasions. the dev is responsive on discord, it's a beautiful game for early access, the casting mechanics are a stroke of genius, but the server selection part wasn't apparent in the streams i watched.
it is super simple to create a server.
I recommend it, with the caveat that my matchmaking experience was terrible, though i didn't put much effort into troubleshooting/coordinating with other players in discord.
runs fine on steam deck 60fps/stock graphics
