It's not top tier but its fun enough if your looking for a 8 bit ninja platforming fix. My time would likely have been lower if my dog hadn't been pestering me a bunch this evening. Its very short so im not certain about getting it at full price, and despite looking like a ninja Gaiden game its nowhere near as difficult (sans Ninja Gaiden Shadow which isn't a real Ninja Gaiden game). Reminds me of Roar of Revenge but not as good as that. Worth getting on sale, but imo play Roar of Revenge over this one. Or emulate the 2 game gear shinobi games, their both criminally overlooked.
Then again if you want something short and like Ninja Gaiden but a lot less severe you might be happy with this one.
Edit: For achievement hunters its an incredibly easy game to 100%, all you need to do is playthrough the game and you'll get them. Sans perhaps the 10x combo one but thats easy to get off the first boss (just hit his weakspot 10 times in a row without getting hit or using your special, which is easier than it sounds

Enjoyable retro action platformer with some roughness around the edges
