This is more of a "Mid" score, as there are only a handful of anomalies in this and nothing in the kitchen changed for me, apart from what you can see in my playthrough:

Increase the anomalies up to the standard 50 for Observation Duty and I will change my score, but for now, just seeing a [spoiler] missing coat [/spoiler] is just not exciting enough.
You can improve this game with more work devs, take inspiration from Observation Duty 3.
