The game is fun and the price is cheap, the game has become playable after the latest updates. It seems that it is still being updated in the early access phase, it is very successful at this price.

The concept in the game has turned out really well for a simulation game. It’s both engaging and fun, and I found myself really enjoying the experience. The attention to detail and the way it keeps you immersed are impressive.

This game isn't ready for early release. It's about 95% bugs and incomplete features. The core idea of the game is a fine idea, but it just doesn't really lend itself to any sort of playability right now. Will revisit it in a few months to see if it's become playable. It has issues with just about every facet found in the game, from training and hiring players, to making money, to actually getting the hired players to compete well. The interface is clunky on all of the different screens you can interact on. A very key feature that was broken on the first day of release was being able to interact with the game menu. The devs fixed it pretty quickly, though you can't actually save your game, even though that's a menu item. I won't write it off completely just yet, but I don't think it was ready to be ER'd at this stage at all. ERs aren't fully complete, that's true. But usually they're nearly there. It's barely even ready for a closed alpha. I hope that when I check it out next, it'll be everything it promises to be. If that time comes, I'll revise my review of course. Just, for now, buyer beware-- This game is not ready.
