It's Fairy Tail, which is a comfort anime for me and I like the outfits especially Mira's Wedding Dress (Mira is already beautiful overall and the wedding dress somehow multiplies her beauty).

A lot of people are saying this is a downgrade from the first game and in parts I agree but also disagree.
The Combat
The Combat took a different turn from turn based to sort of real time combat, but it's executed really poorly. There's some enemies in the game (bosses) that require you to break their shield as they charge an attack, pretty normal stuff.. Until he charged it EVERY OTHER TURN, meaning you have to stay on 1 character and spam the same 3 - 4 basic attacks and 1 skill that's guaranteed to break the charge.... I'd of happily took higher enemy health bars and more attack variety over this.
The Open World
It's pretty... basic, there's not really anything to do apart from a couple of collection quests (grab iron ore for me, oh cheers here's a potion as a reward) and then finding Plue's scattered around the map to trade to merchants for decent rewards. Killing area bosses unlocks the locations of Plue's on the map, pretty much that's it other than farming mobs and materials for lacrima.
The Upgrade System
This was cool, I kinda liked having a bunch of stuff to look forward to as I went down these tree's but ultimately it just meant using the same few attacks every fight anyways so realistically, what's the point? Idk this was cool but I think they could have done a lot more with it.
The Pricing/ DLC
This was no surprise to me as Fairy Tail 1's pricing was just as bad, the DLC packs are NOT worth it and you'd be best waiting until this game goes on sale to get it if you're an absolute Fairy Tail fan and wanna play it regardless.
Overall
Personally I'm still giving this a Thumbs Up review because I still had fun with it, I still enjoyed the combat even through the frustrations on how limited your playstyle was in most fights and how "samey" it can feel near the end. The story is cool, subtle changes here and there which I won't spoil but it doesn't follow the story exactly down to a T as it has to make room for unlocking characters and stuff. Also screw you for not making Jellal a playable character but instead making him DLC -_- he was my fav in Fairy Tail 1.
