This is probably an older game. You got face animations but no skipping the pee scenes. There are a lot of them.
Protag gets chased by a crazy big boob knight after his countrymen gets cut down. His savior kicks him out for making lewd stares.
After getting a curse sword that allows him to enslave and brainwash with crests, this is another revenge story.
