So I didn't think I'd review this but here we are This was... fine But for the price I cannot recommend, maybe get it on sale? The gameplay and choices sucked basically Either you chose the correct answer Or you died or went to jail, with text on the screen quickly saying what happens And unlike other FMV Dating Sims, it never follows through with the bad choices, it just ends The story and acting was dumb fun, enjoyed that part The voice overs were terrible though But it was over in less than 3 hours and I didn't care enough to continue So yeah, get it on a really good sale I guess

DISCLAIMER - **Only worth it if you like FMV games and Japanese acting. **The game looks like an indie game. There are some typos and it may turn some people off. Many of the videos used seemed to be of public areas in Tokyo and some of the passerby's are looking at the protagonist when dressed in cosplay. There are a few scenes at the beginning and end where the protagonist is using plastic weapons for a pretend fight, but using video editing software to make the weapons look like they are magically powered. I believe the Japanese actresses are very good. I'm partial to japanese acting and voice acting in anime. There are many scenes where if you use magic it's an automatic game over so most of the time it's best to not use magic. The game often goes to a black screen with the wrong choices with text saying you went the wrong way and got stabbed. For some reason in this fantasy version of Tokyo there's a lot more murder and violent crime since you keep getting stabbed when you make the wrong choice. **IMPORTANT - It's best not to touch BOOBS in the game by clicking on them. You'll see what I mean. There are too many times where the same option is shown multiple times when you have to make a choice in a scene. The sliding puzzles are very annoying since a puzzle piece is always missing and you have to do your best by lining up the numbers and not what is displayed on the sliding puzzle pieces. I'd say me being fond of Japanese acting is what kept my attention. The game is just over two hours for a first playthrough and some extra content to date other women so I think think it's like going to the movies. They could have at least had Manga scenes with the wrong choice showing what happened if you made the wrong choice instead of a black screen. I doubt it, but I hope this game does well enough to make the sequel with a higher budget and no cutting to a black screens.

Really having bad experiences. You hired no.1 actress from S1, but giving really bad experience for the player. Shame

It barely has a plot, even compared to other games in the genre. Most choices lead to a game over, and almost none of the endings actually have any FMVs, just a black screen and white text explaining what happened. As for the fan service, there's also barely any. Also the English translation is very inconsistent, it can be understood well enough, but it's nor very good, It's really just quite terrible.

Save your money. This isn't exactly a complex game, yet it's so full of bugs and technical problems that I can't possibly recommend it. The audio is heavily compressed and the volume is all over the place so you have to adjust it from scene to scene, some achievements don't pop, relationship levels are stuck and the game can't be completed 100%. Some of the bonus pictures you can unlock by completing the horrible sliding puzzles in an optional mode are low-res and some are basically just screenshots of the FMVs – lazy. I bought this for Saika Kawakita, but her various talents have utterly gone to waste here. Update (May 25): They have recently patched the game and it looks like 100% completion is actually achievable now. Still, I'm still going to stick to my original rating because they had the audacity to release the game in the state it was in.

I am disappointed. I think the only reason to play this game is the actress other than that it's very weak FMV title. The story is all over the place, very short. The sound quality is very bad because it's very quiet. I raise to highest but some scene it's still very low. Also one big gripe is that they cut a video in a very weird, for example, I tend to go back so I can change my decision a look for different out come. However, due to a weird cut off, sometimes I just quit while it's still on the same video and I have to re watch the whole thing.

Unfortunately, all those negative reviews are deserved. I was so stupid not believing them. Game promised a lot in the description. The girls look beautiful. However .... I finished the the game in less than 2 hours and felt disappointed. All the content I was able to see in the trailer. They cut corners everywhere. Like in the office all 5 chapters the girls wore the same outfits. It felt so cheap. Spicy content of fanservice? No Sir. In the trailer you can see all of it. A lot of pictures waiting to be unlocked? I took my time to unlock some. I was disgusted with the quality of them. What do we have in the end? False promises and wasted potentials. I guess all the budget went to paying the girls then they had to save money and rush things. The game is worth 50% of its asking price. The girls are amazing. The strong point of the game is that their acting is very good and they manage to keep an eye contact so sometimes you believe that they talk to you. In the end I requested a refund. To tell the truth I was reluctant to do it. However, as players we should not tolerate when such Developers try to trick us into playing for more than 2 hours hoping that more stuff or quality will come later. It is not about money but rather about my broken mood and faith in humanity. Needless to say that choices do not matter. Other reviewers have already said about it.

Me and a buddy of mine have played quite a few FMV games — some really good, and some… not so much. We’ve got mixed feelings about this one. It’s definitely not a disaster — we had fun with it. It has its flaws, but hopefully the devs can learn from them for future titles, and we’d love to see more from this studio. (Especially more Japanese FMV games in general!) + Pros: We liked the layout of the main menu — clean and easy to navigate. The English translation was mostly solid overall. Unfortunately, Noah’s ending wasn’t translated (hopefully that gets patched). The rewind and fast-forward options were a big plus — not many FMV games offer that. The story — or rather, the concept — of playing as a guy who can use magic and comes from another time after being gone from the real world for ten years is a fun and refreshing twist. The visual effects were impressive. The humor worked well — there were a few good laughs. The actresses' outfits and makeup looked great. No chapter progression point system, so you could jump straight into the next chapter — nice touch. The actors overall did a good job with their roles. – Cons: Unfortunately, the game is quite short — we finished it in about two hours. It’s also pretty tough to follow the story or connect with the characters, since you don’t spend much time with any of them. It’s missing some character depth. You jump between characters pretty quickly, so it’s hard to really get to know them — though the scene transitions themselves were nicely done. The audio was a bit rough in places: sometimes the lips didn’t sync with the voice lines, or the music was too loud while the characters were too quiet. The “Game Over” moments were funny at first, but later on they got kind of annoying — sometimes you were basically forced into one specific choice. All in all: We’d give this game a 5/10. There are better ones out there, but also worse. The ideas are promising, and we’re looking forward to whatever comes next. To quote Hänno: "Müsst ihr wissen."

Here's a review for the first 2 hours I played this game. It's lacking in so many aspects. To me, it seems like the developers focused more on fanservice rather than the story or the quality of the game. Each chapter seems very fast, to me the story's too short. A new day comes, you're faced with a problem -> cast magic -> meet girl -> fanservice -> end of day -> choice for girl. The choices don't even lead to different outcomes, it's the same outcome. When I saw the choices of using normal magic and EX magic, I thought there'd at least be a slight difference. No. It just raises the girl's affection. Another thing is that there are way too many game over screens. I get that it was for comedic purposes, but imagine at least 7-8 game over screen per chapter. You didn't control your magic? Game over. You chose to be alone? Game over. You accidentally groped someone? Game ov- yeah I guess that makes sense. You get the point. A few things I noticeably find irritating is the audio quality. From the start, it's very raspy. Compared to other games, the audio here is... yeah. It sounds very... echoey. Not very good. There's also these hearts that randomly appear on your screen. If you click them in time, you raise the affection of one of the girls. But it's very frequent, making it feel like a clicker game instead of a dating sim game. It gets pretty annoying fast. For a game with a decent price tag, I'd say get other similar games with similar prices. This game still needs so much polishing. EDIT: I’ve just finished the game—100% completion on all chapters. Even so, I still find it hard to recommend. In the later chapters, there are choices that seem to lead to different outcomes, but ultimately, the result is the same. The ending doesn’t change. Even in the final chapter, I honestly felt the conclusion didn’t live up to expectations. There’s a "Memories" screen where you can view exclusive photos of the actresses, but unlocking them requires completing five puzzle levels. Personally, [strike] I skipped the puzzles—I’m not going to waste my time clicking and sliding blocks just to see a few pictures, some of which are taken directly from in-game scenes. Imagine having to finish a 4x4 puzzle in four minutes. Maybe I just suck. I don’t know. [/strike]Okay so I ended up doing all the puzzles. Curse you my curiosity. But I still don't agree about the pictures being locked behind puzzles.
