ORIGINAL NEGATIVE REVIEW: How to access Linda's wardrobe? This DLC claims it will unlock it from the start, but I could never find the option in any menus or anywhere in game. Will change my recommendation to Yes once this is resolved.
NEW POSITIVE REVIEW: Thanks you Moon-Senpai and cyberghostface. I'm glad I now understand how to access the content I paid for, but this really should be explained in the DLC description or in-game. Also, the fact that you only have one opportunity to change your wardrobe really limits the value of this DLC. It really should be an option that you can access anytime in the main menu or pause menu.
Also, 5 out of 49 people found my negative review helpful? So 44 of you idiots are ok with paying for DLC that doesn't explain how you access it in-game? Go fuck yourselfs. People like you who blindly accept whatever devs want to throw at you are the reason why there is so much bad shit happening in the market right now.

The soundtrack itself has great songs such as Mocca - Lucky Me, and Sarasvati - Bilur. Manga itself light some essence of the story of the village, although the pocong army versus the small Japanese squad looked a bit ridiculous but in the end, it is a great addition to the already great game.

It's better than Fatal Frame! Most of the ghosts you fight are boss ghosts with their own puzzles as to how you beat them, and so not only was it fun to solve each ghost fight, it never felt repetitve. And some ghosts were really hard, and some were just designed to kill you whether you liked it or not, and it makes you feel helpless and afraid. And I really liked how you get further and further away from the light in limbo each time you die. It felt ominous like I only had a few reborns left before I'd perish for good. The game is dark and hard to see like it should be in a horror game. And it was pretty long too. I hope this game gets to make it to PS4 too just because my PC can't push 60fps with this game. I really loved it! I hope there is plenty more to come! Thank you for the awesome game!

DreadOut Soundtrack & Manga DLC is a good DLC, but I do have to say it is lacking in one area.
I like the manga the first story was very good with some cute scenes and some good scares, it also has a nice indication that people going to the village has been planned by the main antagonist before the first game began.
The second story was good with some pretty good scares
especially the scene with the Pocong Warriors surrounding the soldiers
I also love that we got to see the soldiers that those medals we discovered in the game belong too.
So both stories in this manga are very good, now the soundtrack for the game is good with plenty of great tracks and songs to listen to my personal favorite happens to be lucky me by Mocca. Now I will say that the only thing that this DLC lacks is an art book, I would have liked to have in art book to see the process on how this game was made and see early art concepts of the ghosts and characters. I feel like having that would have justified the $5.99 price for the DLC.
Okay then I ultimately say if you liked the game then I suggest getting the DLC as well, but I would say get it on sale to save a couple bucks.

📖 A good DLC with a couple of cute costumes and a few slightly weird ones. There's also a soundtrack and a 100-page manga (which is disappointing). It only has two stories with a minimum of words, so you'll read it in 5 min or less. There's nothing to look at either, the visual are pretty amateurish (especially in the second part). There are only a couple of decent pages. But the worst thing is that the stories are meaningless. No secrets revealed, no interesting facts, or even anything relevant to the game itself. You can safely skip it.

The soundtrack actually contains more tracks than listed on this steampage. The OST has two more tracks: Sarasvati - KARAM and Sarasvati - Takut. The background music has three more tracks: Ayun Ambing, Bring Brung, and Centreng Saur. The actual listing can be seen here:
http://vgmdb.net/album/45897
If you're wondering what these tracks are/ where they appear in the games, the wiki has good notes:

I'm an ambient background music fan, so I'm disappointed this collection is incomplete... Many of the OST tracks were used in the game as a different version with vocals removed, and I wish they would have been included that way in the BGM collection. For example "Sarasvati - Karam" material is recognizable as the music to the Act 2 trailer, the sad train cutscene in Act 2, and KOTD near the end by the portrait, but this music is only included here as the original with vocals. It seems certain tracks were deemed too uninteresting and were excluded (e.g. the atmospheric limbo music, phone thief creatures theme, and giant pocong battle in Act 2). Basically the music and sound design in Dreadout is amazing, but the soundtracks here only cover the highlights and main source material, not the full collection. Wish we could get a little more.
The indie band music in the OST is great, and again sometimes parts are included in the BGM e.g. the background to Gloomy Sunday = Lingsir Wengai (why couldn't the background material for Sarasvati Karam be included as well?). Love that we get to hear the full ridiculous "Mocca - Lucky Me" that plays in the car at the start =D
The manga I haven't looked at in detail, but looks like a fun read for later.
Overall seems like a good price for the DLC, especially if you bundle.

I haven't gone through everything yet but I figured I'd give it a rundown given some of the questions I've seen elsewhere.
To unlock the costumes, go to the car at the beginning and press 'e' at the trunk. You have seven additional costumes to choose from that range from casual clothes to traditonal Indonesian clothing.
The Soundtrack and Manga can be accessed from your 'Steam' folder. Just go to 'Steamapps', then common then Dreadout. The soundtrack is available as both CDA and MP3 files and given the size I'm assuming they're uncompressed.
The manga is a PDF file. I've just skimmed it so I can't say too much about the quality. The purist in me noticed that the manga is presented in a left-to-right fashion as opposed to right-to-left like most manga, but at the same time, my point of reference is Japanese manga so perhaps it's different in Indonesia. The English translation (I'm assuming it was originally written in Indonesian) also comes off as slightly stiff but it's hard to pinpoint why. Still, it is a nice bonus and at 100 pages long you're at least getting a good-sized story.
