Couldn't stop playing until I finished it.
Easily one of the best games I played in last 5-6 years. Nothing complicated, nothing that you haven't seen before - but the vibe is something that'll remind you on times before social networks, cellphones and constant connectivity was a thing. Everything is just peaceful fun and generally a joy to do.
Don't miss out on this title.

Very cute, very cozy, very fun. Plenty of decor options, but if this game wanted to feel more "endless" it should incorporate more decorative items. You could build a huge, multi-level treehouse with all sorts of amazing rooms if there was more flexibility. Overall though, loved this game and highly recommend!

Super cute game and fun to play with friends.
Def has some bugs that need to be ironed out, but we were so addicted to the gameplay loop we couldn't stop playing.

I loved this game. It is so cute and cozy. The upgrades and tools were fun to make and use. I never really felt like I was grinding at all. I just picked stuff up as I went. The teleporter is game changer. Crafting my house was a blast. The crafting was really well done, and I liked the variety of items. I highly recommend this game, especially if you like wandering around as a little critter.

This game is kind of fun but the the inventory management needs work. I get hooked with the puzzles and exploring aspect of the game but everything else related to inventory and building just takes away from all of that. You get caught in the never ending loop of missing items and needing to drop things to pick up new items to craft for the Quests. Just give me a QoL option for unlimited backpack, and with sorting, and the Game will be 100 times better. Otherwise, you play through Survival torture trying to stay alive with food, scarce backpack upgrades, and an ever expanding list of items to gather and craft. I come into the game wanting to chill but exit and save in frustration.

I love the game, I just wish it was bigger. Not the map, the map is actually huge, I mean the quests and available items.
I have completed the main quest and all side quests after 11 hours. Ok, so the quests were probably not the intended focus of the game, but they easily could add more NPCs and quests given the size of the world. Maybe even different animals.
As for the tree houses, I love it. The idea of squirrels building their own houses in the trees is adorable. The only shame is the number of available building pieces. The build system is similar to the one used in Valheim, but with the advantage that stuff doesn't randomly break if it's not supported (to my knowledge).
The problem is that there only seems to be two main choices of style, basically plain wood or fancy wood. Now I'm not expecting squirrels to be building marble palaces in the sky or anything like that, but having more styles to build with and more decorative items would definitely make this game feel more complete.I love the idea of Squirrelvana, it's just a shame it only serves as a passageway to the credit screen and there's nothing to do there.
The game is still very fun in its current state, I just hope they expand it slightly.

A fun little game -- not really much to say about it. You run around, you meet other animals (mostly squirrels), you read their silly little monologues, you chuckle once per hour at it, and you just chill running around and collecting resources.
The inventory space is less than your own real-life pockets, but I gave up on any of these games having a sane inventory space. They all want you to suffer by going back and forth, reorganizing chests which are three times smaller than what you can carry. Want to build a chest? Need the branches. Where do you place branches? Need to drop something. Running around and shuffling this is half the game. Maybe the developers think "huh this is too easy", so they reduce inventory space? I don't know. I'll never find out.
There's no story, so if you're looking for that - pass. And the ending is really really weird.
Why are you suddenly in heaven? Did you die? Why would you be dead? Was the whole park a purgatory and you proven yourself to be a good squirrel so you go to heaven? Why do you go back after that? Is that why there's no people in the park, but everything is built for them?
I know I'm reading too much into it, but
entering the heaven
was extremely weird and random.

Such a calm and relaxing gameplay experience. The cartoonish style of the environment and animals, combined with the charming animations and sound effects, really hits the spot—everything feels so pleasant and adorable. The blend of mechanics is genuinely interesting: you can explore, build, craft, and take on quests. I just love games where you can search for loot, treasures, and hidden secrets—and doing all that while playing as a squirrel makes it absolutely lovely.
