Half of the game will be spent wandering around large, empty areas with no idea what you're supposed to be doing. And all this at 30 fps.
In the location of the house with fps get better. But the semantic effect is just as bad.
Screamers are absolutely not scary. They have no meaning and no consequences.
Absolutely not recommended!
