I am a casual gamer, and not having a checkpoint system or a save system makes this game not only difficult but extremely frustrating, knowing that if you fall, all progress is lost. And it is very easy to fall all the way to the start. I would recommend adding checkpoint system for a easy difficulty, and keep it the way it is for the hardcore gamer.
