As far as outfits, this pack really only has two outfits with several color variations. I liked the outfits, just wish it had more in it.

Due to advertising once again, this DLC is heavily thumbed down - to an extend most of opinions here are correct. I'm gonna give my own takes on this pack:
The RPG Costume is likely intended to help you make Adventure RPG game SCENE, hence why the backgrounds are all in 2D style and some HUD elements are presented. There is only 1 costume for both male and female characters (10 color options), so it's a bit weaker than the Office Wear set (While it costs $3 more due to 3D items and extra stuff). There are additional hand option for boys & girls (holding pan / sword), but it's DLC-exclusive, so sadly you can't use it on normal characters.
Do you NEED this DLC? Yes, for some more variety of character models, and NO if you plan to make battle-themed manga. At this moment this pack can't help you with it - the lack of definite poses means you are stuck with default "Action" one, and those won't be useful at all. For normal RPG game scene (conversation, trading, asking question...), this DLC will do fine, but that's about it.
Verdict: Neutral. Recommended on sale ONLY. I'll give it thumb up since if weighted carefully, this one just barely got 51/100

Kind of a fun add-on. While you're still limited to what are basically teenagers/and kids, this at least gives you some choices.

Buying something that you can'tUse for yourself. I thought that by Buying this I was the owner of the software but it seems like I can't benefit from it.why would I pay for more DLC if I can't benefit from it. Don't buy it. It's a waste of money!

The outfits are VERY limited, and the female model doesn't get a true combat pose. However, the items you do get add some potential for combat and other aesthetics. Further, the female's white dress is easily modified to resemble a wedding dress.

As others have already mentioned, this is not 20 outfits as advertised, but 2 outfits with 10 color palettes applied to them. Beyond that, several of the "Game Scene" objects do not even work properly because they've been sloppily cut and pasted together and are missing chunks off of the borders (Panel_01c and Panel_02c are affected, and possibly others). Their "trove" of backgrounds and still images look like they were taken from someone else's game and tossed into this pack and don't match the art style of any of the other assets.
Selling this incomplete and poorly advertised DLC at $17.99 is pretty shady to say the least.

there's only 1 costumes for male and female character, you can change its colour up to 10 variation. But whatever the variation u choose it's still make ur character looks like npc rather than Hero (or Heroine). Until they add more costumes and images better save your money for something else even if this dlc is on discount. I bought it while its 80% off and still regret it. Excuse my English :D

Here's my take using Comipo:

Note: I'm using custom hair (See Avatar), so expect my review may be different.
Here's what I think right now:
- There's already several user models that can be found on Deviantart thats better than the common sword found in this pack. (see Comic, which used FFX swords).
- Lack of "Battle born" Females. Whomever thought of giving girls just a dress needs to play Skyrim. This is an insult to girls! The artist needs to play Hyperdimension Neptunia.
- Females doesn't get any new poses. Again, wt-eff.
- This isn't Tanto Cuore, girls. ^.^;
- Whomever thoughted the male clothing as armors needs to Play Fire emblem, Skyrim, and Warcraft.
- Males are still bland. (Even when I used custom hair)
Avoid buying this. I bought this just because it was on a sale.
