This song is great, it got me practising about 2 months (I only play on weekends), and I still need more hours with it. For ~20hours it's worth every cent. However, it says it's from "Are You Experience?" and it isn't, I've listened about 8 versions of Red House, none of them is this one. How am I supposed to find the version they used in the DLC to practise outside rocksmith? I paid a lot to buy a game wich 80% of content I didn't want, and I then I have to pay for unaccurate DLCs? This, and the fact that it hasn't got bass, are good reasons to vote negative.

This is one of my favorite songs from Hendrix. Although the description says it can be played on bass, it can't. It still gets a thumbs up for being such a great song.

Jimi Hendrixs songs on lead guitar, are the kind of songs that cant really be imitated in Rocksmith. What i mean by that isnt that the tabs are wrong or that Jimi Hendrix songs are chaotic and bad, it just means that his music is all about the feel of rythme and creativity, you are not supposed to play his songs exactly like he did, note for note, you are supposed to add your own flair to it, or it will sound horrible. I wish Rocksmith was focusing more on teaching segments and the theory behind which scales can and cant be used and so on. Perhaps a good addition would be to have some open "freestyle" segments in songs like these, where the player could freely add upon to it, without being punished for not following it note for note. The songs are great, they just dont fit Rocksmith, therefore I dont recommend buying them.
