It's a fun little game and easy 100% for people with a tolerant sense of humor. That being said, you WILL have to run over the innocent sometimes, which is what the whole trolley problem setup is about. The kid's game music and aesthetic are adding to the blursed atmosphere - you sometimes might feel regret and then quickly move on to the next branch point decision, as in case you don't do anything, the game will choose who to run over randomly. A small point of critique is that I only understood after multiple tries in which levels you CHOOSE or ELIMINATE said option by running it over. In level 5 and 7, the run-over option is chosen, and in the rest, eliminated, iirc. It's also impossible to tell sometimes which options the game considers "morally better" than others, which will affect the total outcome/rating of your choices in the level. Luckily, unlocking all outcomes isn't actually necessary for 100%-ing the game though.
