I know it wouldn't be real 1 year long but why you release this DLC on launch day and players can't use it?

Holy sh!t can none of yall read? We got the roadmap like 2 weeks before launch saying Strea will release on Oct 17 and WB2 at a later date. This aint new information stop crying that you can see Strea's icon in game but can't use her, everyone else knew this and how you manage to keep up with the games release but completely avoid the roadmap that was posted everywhere is entirely a skill issue on your part

i purchased the Ultimate Edition and this is included and im giving this a plus because the character is releasing soon enough in time, as i know and can read that these character is still being made/tested/look into

With the release of Vol. 2, it seems it's solidified that we're really getting only 3 characters from this "Character Pass".
I only have this CharaPass DLC as part of the Deluxe Edition price, hoping that this would cover unlocking several characters to be released in the future.
I'm sorry, I'm not buying to that concept of expensive "passes" that cost half the base game's price for just a few characters. + scenarios and other trivial stuff, but those are alot less important for the main point of these "character passes".
I cannot support this practice for a "paid live service" multiplayer game any further.

I'm.going to put this is as negative for now, mainly because i am confused.
In the character menu it says finish the "administratior" quest to unlock.
Cool, i've done that 4 times.
And character is still locked?
Is there more then one quest with the same name?
Isnt the character released yet?
Then why even show it or release this?

Well i got the answer i wanted, that the character will be released the 10/17 or 17/10, depending on how you read dates. Confused? Good.
I did google, but never found the statement.
I pre-ordered since i played the Beta and loved it.
And i figurerd that the price was base game + dlc price. (Deluxe)
So the dlc price doesnt bother me and i got to play it earlier just because i basically bought the dlc early.
