I really enjoyed playing this game for the first time, especially after playing the demo a few months ago. This game is about a goblin working as a temp cleaning magical (and some non-magical) items for various unique customers, some more quirky than others. There is a story involved but the main focus is the cleaning part. The good: - The game is pretty chill and relaxing, there is no rush to finish the cleaning, although each of the objects you have to clean have their own challenges, like for example you have to keep in mind not to touch certain areas, or you have to turn the object slowly or it'll fall apart, things like that; keep in mind you CAN die in certain situations (like when you have to clean a dangerous object) but the death scene doesn't show any explicit things so that's good -Cute artwork with nice color schemes, the characters design is detailed and has their own traits, the designers really thought well about the characters and the world they live in. The cut scenes are awesome too (i mean the ones you get before and after the start of each day, it will be different depending on which day it is,
I really laughed at the scene where we get this HUGEEE creature just standing in front of the store, and when we open the door the face just covers the whole view XD
) - Music is good, has like a traditional irish vibe but suits the game well. - The dialogue is nicely written and funny! Most of the dialogues are short (certain characters talk more) but they reflect the characters well in my opinion, and not boring at all - The game has it's own lores and stories which i find intriguing and fun. The main story is ok, but i think the side stories in between are the ones i find amusing
like the one where the bro gets "cursed" lol
- Easy gameplay, just need a mouse The Not-so good: - The game is pretty short for the price, you can play again to get different endings and different dialogue options but not much to those to be honest, like the endings are just different things that could happen to our MC, but doesn't really affect the main storyline (and the ending scene is just a static image of our MC doing something based on the ending chosen, no extra dialogues, so I just completed all endings just to get the achievements) - There is no option to skip dialogues you've seen, or to skip to certain days, so if you replayed the game to get different endings it's gonna be a chore (for the different endings option, you can just load to the last day after you've finished the credits, but you still have to listen to every character talk like forever so.....yeah....) - There is no manual save option, so if you played a day then you'll have to finish that day to the end, otherwise if you quit in the middle then the game will just load you to the beginning of the day, and you'd have to clean every single items (even the annoying ones) alllll over again... - Not much to do besides cleaning things, though the dialogues and characters are fun, but certain days feel too short, like maybe just 2-3 customers then that's it. - There is this one achievement which i had difficulty getting (the spool of thread one), and i wouldn't have figured out how to get it without a walkthrough tbh, and the events that you need to complete/ avoid to get that achievement is not really clear....unless there is a hint but i didn't notice it.... So overall, great game to pass the time, and it will tickle your funny bones to be sure, though a bit short for the asking price. 8/10!
