I'm sick and tired of all these dinosaurs in my jungle
You'll get the most ease out of using the Katana + Uzi and jumping like a rubberball, the dinosaurs spawn sometimes within eyesight and swarm you.
Overall pretty fun game for the price

Here's a list of issues I encountered in the first ~1.5 hours of gameplay:
1. Clunky/lurchy movement. Not bad on its own but it sure doesn't help anything
2. One of the first enemy types runs straight at your ankles which is an issue because you can't aim straight down
3. When you kill an enemy the ragdoll seems to block your movement. This might also be the clunky movement or it could be:
4. every rock, tree, and slope is a major obstacle. The environment is very cluttered which exacerbates the movement issues especially when combined with:
5. There are invisible walls to stop you moving too far in the open forest. This is an issue when you are under pressure from:
6. 500 dinosaurs all the time. There are way too many dinosaurs. You kill a group of three and then you have five more bearing down on you. You kill them and there's another five. They go down easy enough, but there are too goddamn many. I saw dinosaurs fade into existence before my eyes in a place I just cleared out.
7. It seems like when you take damage it forces you out of the aiming state (problematic when fighting 500 dinosaurs).
8. There are no manual saves, only autosaves. It autosaves before long phone-calls and you don't get an objective pointer until after the call ends.
I think a lot of these problems would become non-issues by significantly reducing the spawn rate of dinosaurs. Suffocating under a sea of dinosaurs is almost a greater risk than being clawed to death. I wouldn't say it makes it unplayable, but it's not something I want to put up with.
I really wanted to like this game and I feel kind of bad giving a negative review after only 1.5 hours; maybe I'll give it another try later, but I can't call it a recommendable experience.

David Pateti is one of my best discoveries in recent years when it comes to retro horrors.
His games show a lot of work, but above all passion.
After the brilliant Terminal 81 and the great Mortisomem, he gave us another original game, which is Acre Crisis.
It is known that the game is inspired by Dino Crisis, but David does it in his own style.
Open world, survival elements, many types of weapons, outfits for the main character and additional game modes.
What I like in David's games is the multitude of different interesting mechanics.
And here we have a similar thing as in previous titles.
However, what I like most is the atmosphere and the story of the presented world, which is not shallow, but multi-threaded. I hope that we will learn the continuation of the plot, because it ended at an unexpected moment.
The graphics may be off-putting at first, but it has its own atmosphere and it must be noted that the game was made by one person (not counting the testers).
