Deponia: The Complete Journey Reviews
Junk, junk and even more junk. Life on the trash-planet Deponia is anything but a walk in the park. No surprise that Rufus had enough of that and hatches one ludicrous plan after the other to escape this bleak place.

I never thought I’d get so hooked on this game. Previously, I had only played The Night of the Rabbit from this studio, which was rather mediocre. Tempted by the summer sales, I bought this series for a ridiculously low price and decided to give it a chance and I wasn’t disappointed. From the interesting story, with compelling plot twists, occasionally cheeky humor, and highly varied gameplay stages, to the accessible graphics and enjoyable controls — everything was a plus.
The only thing I could complain about is that at times it felt like a typical point&click, where logical choices and item combinations fail in favor of the most random solutions, so you end up clicking on everything and trying to use everything in your inventory on everything on the screen...or just resort to a walkthrough.
Still, I devoured the whole series in one go, unable to tear myself away, and I regret that I’ve already finished it (including the sequel). Count me among the fans of the series.
