ignore everything you've ever heard about this game. it's top 5 in the series. the campaign and multiplayer are sublime, and zombies in spaceland is somehow the 2nd worst zombies map in the game. the dlc is by and large that good.

The story and the visual are the one who sold this game. For me, this is better than call of duty ghost.

very fun game if you look back on it compared too todays cods, altho wish it had more players, everything is free to get in this game and the guns are very awesome, cool 3 lane design maps with fast pace action.

As someone who hasn't played this since it was the current CoD in 2017, it really does bring back some great times. This game did not deserve any of the hate it got, and I wish I saw more people talk about it positively. Unfortunately, the game is completely dead. You can absolutely play with bots, and they're pretty smart too which is good, but don't expect to even find 1 other player. This game was really great back then and I was totally okay being apparently the only person who liked it.

i wouldnt recommand getting it as it crashes before you can even load in the the story line nor are you able to play zombies or multiplayer for some odd reason.

They still sell it at a full price, MP and online Zombies are unplayable, RAT problem isn't solved, custom clients got DMCA'd. Campaign is really good though, I highly encourage you to pirate this game to play campaign.

The campaign is what Starfield should have been. I have been replaying all of the COD campaigns since World At War and this may be the most fun. It was an early victim of the internet hate mob and never received the accolades it deserves. Awesome combat (as usual), awesome story, and a ton of things you won't find in any other campaign. This is top 5 of all COD campaigns for me. Wish it was a full length game.

I bought this game to perhaps play some multiplayer but mostly for the campaign. Unfortunately the game crashes in ~2 minutes after every single launch, without fail. Perhaps this is a bug with RTX 4000-series, just like in F1 2019 (where you have to delete 2 dlss files in order for the game not to crash). Nevertheless I think it's best not to spend your money on this game in 2025. I liked it back in 2017/18 on ps4, but it just doesn't hold up. If you just want to play the story that's fine. If the game crashes like it does for me, you can always (not literally: within 2 weeks of purchase and less than 2h play time) ask for a refund, just like I did.

if your game keeps crashing, go into settings>system>display>graphics then disable optimization for windowed games, then have fun with this underrated gem!!!!

I had to pay 1649/- buckeroos for this game, which feels expensive since i will only play-replay the campaign. I enjoyed what little of campaign I played so far as much as one can enjoy the pandemonium of simulated war, so no complaints about the content. The tech shown in game is impressive , they also managed to incorporate dog fighting using only mouse and keyboard. The only other game i know which did this well is Everspace 2(haven't played) and StarField (tried on gamepass). the game is of no use to calm me down when I'm stressed out
