Was really hoping for the "Endless" be ya know Endless? Not big bad at 15ish minutes and end the game. I don't mind a challenge every X minutes but ending the game after it is disappointing. I have hopes for it.

It is a simple and straight forward game from the small amount I have played so far and I like the progression system that is set up.

played for about an hour so far and I've enjoyed every minute! I like that it makes you think of your next move and where to place your walls and defences. Cant wait to keep playing and unlock more upgrades!

This is a solid START of a Roguelite Tower Defense. It's definitely got the pieces there, and with some more polish and variety, I fully believe it will be a solid time-killer and well worth the price tag.
I look forward to seeing what they do with it!

Honestly, good game. Yea, there are a few things personally think that could be changed or worked on, but hell I'm down to spend hours playing this now. Looking forward to patches and watching the game grow. I'm a sucker for old school, or retro games. the pixel art and it being a tower defend is the icing for me. Can't wait to see whats coming down the road.

A fun little game that's entertaining to try to find the perfect layout and experiment with different builds. Progression involves unlocking new towers and heroes. After you beat the game, there's extra content in the form of challenges that reward you with higher scores and more progression currency.

Decent tower defence game :)
There is quite a grind to unlock new towers and heroes. Definitely going to take a few runs between unlocks, so I don't feel like I'm making consistent progress. Though I do like being able to build towers on top of walls with out having to delete the walls, so I can layout the path and then add towers as the gold rolls in.

I really want to like this game, but the grind is terrible. If that gets toned down and more progression were added, I'd highly recommend it. For $8, you're just getting ripped off.
* 1 map
* Very limited progression: unlocking more towers or buying heroes with absurdly long single ability cooldowns
It just isn't worth $8. Maybe $2 or $4 at the most.

A fun little tower defense game with some cool mechanics, and a variety of towers and special abilities. Randomized level-up abilities mean it's never going to play out the same way twice so even when you have your preferred strategies and layouts you have to do some thinking on your feet! Discovering I could pause or slow down/speed up the game speed was a game changer haha. Looking forward to any further updates and support to further balance upgrades and waves, give additional control over towers, and other quality-of-life features, but hey I've sunk a dozen hours into it already so it's already a fun distraction.

why i refunded:
have to upgrade each tower 1 by 1
cant controll towers (attack strongest, furthest, lowest HP, closest...)
getting to the first tower purchase (permanent unlock) path takes quite some time?
there is no pausing inbetween waves, enemies just infinitely come, which is annoying while trying to build out your maze.
should be early access imo.
still positive review because i like the style and the fact that its classic in a way, but here classic also means its missing quite some... for me at least mandatory QoL features.
