Alright, well... If you ever wanted to play Match-3 and with cheese? Now you got it!
There are 12 Chapters + 12 levels each, so you'll be busy for a while. Also comes with a "make your own levels" too.
A story accompanies your game play and you can understand majority of it. There are some odd parts and I'll mention those below.
I don't necessarily have a problem with the game or the levels. Hell, it's relaxing and that's what I play Match-3 for... I just need to point a few things out:
1. When you finish a level, it says "Game Over". For a while I thought I LOST the level. "Game Over" generally means "You Lost. Try again." In every other game I played. So I had to remind myself that I didn't fail a level, but merely finished it.
2. I have no idea what the Power Ups do. I tried clicking on them and ... Okay? I still don't get it. If there is an explanation somewhere out there what they do... That be great!
3. This game gives you an update to Leaderboard scores at the end of each level. That's fine, but sometimes the board remains there... Even when I go into Dialogue/Story or into another level. It does vanish over time, but... It makes words harder to read.
4. Okay, the story part. There is a part where
Pierre walks into the store and no one is there... Did he break in...? He says something akin to "oh, no one is here, time to do stuff"... Then he walks out and goes "Cheese Party will be mine. No one defies me." Was it already established that he wanted the store before...? Who defied him then? Or are we supposed to guess that Celeste/the grandma was the one who said no to him? Or the grandpa? The villain isn't really introduced well and he just randomly pops up.
Then at another part he goes:
Oh. No one is here. TIME TO FREEZE!".......... I was like what...........????? Then the next level the cheese Ice Cubes come up.
It was rather confusing. Does this person have super powers? Or did he use liquid nitrogen? ....... Restaurant grade large freezer?
That's it for now. Onto more Match-3! :>
