Would not recommend this unless they add new content in, and in a faster pace.

Depending on the people you play with game can be fun, but i find it ridiculous that Lethal Company is cheaper than this

Had fun playing with my friends when it first released. Never found a reason to pick it back up. Seems to be developing at a snails pace, and any new updates have just not added any reason to pick it back up again. On top of that, difficulty scales really weird and it ramps up really really quick. You'll have people FLOODING your store at just the next highest difficulty, it's really poorly balanced.
I can't imagine playing this game solo, it just feels lifeless and you're left to do every single action by yourself. I wouldn't recommend this game unless it's $5 or less.

Played game for a while now and so far so good.
There does need to be more improvements for this game to be like supermarket simulator.
Need to be able to design better and move tables about and change decor inside seating area be great.
Also allow us to adjust prices . I do hope this is on the cards .
Could do with a drive through cashier also .
Hopefully the devs are not going abandon this game as I can see some comments saying they think they will .
This would be a shame as game has a good potential with some improvements
We could do with workers to operate either the drive through counter or cook the items for front of house . Give us options
Also can we have trolley to bring all stuff from lorry to storage would help
Taking 1 item at a time is very slow.
I do hope the devs are gojng improve this game ane not just leave it . So much potential with a few tweaks .
Update 1st August 2025

I started playing this game, and I was enjoying it pretty thoroughly until I got to level 5 or 6. This sim has the same problem that MOST service industry simulators have. The problem is that as soon as you unlock something, customers can order it whether or not you've stocked the item or even ever purchased it. This makes the game unplayable for me. What's the point of running "my" fast food restaurant if I have no control whatsoever over the menu? I don't want to shell out half of my money just because the customers magically know I CAN sell soda. That doesn't mean I have it or WILL sell it. I may play this game again, but not until you have to CHOOSE to sell things at the restaurant instead of the game choosing for you. If I could control MY menu, then it would be a simulator of owning and operating a fast food chain. If the game has control over my menu, then someone else is the owner, and I'm just a schmuck doing all of the work. If I wanted that, I'd actually work at a fast food restaurant.

Game is fun. Needs a few things: Rack labels, more staff to hire, especially for the drive thru! And the ability to unwrap burgers in case a mistake is made...

This game is really fun, especially with friends. I already have a decent amount of time in the game, I feel like the price ($11 on sale) is justified for the playtime and fun I've had so far. The progression feels balanced, for example by the time you feel fully comfortable with the burgers and all the toppings, fries are unlocked. I have full confidence that this game will get better and better with time and that this is just the beginning of a fully fleshed out co-op management game.
There is definitely an "early access feel" as there are a lot of issues with the game still, and a lot of emptiness. I don't have any regrets getting the game regardless.
The biggest issue I have so far is the difficulty settings. Between "hard" and "medium", it seems like there's this huge jump that makes the game really hard, or really easy, especially as you gain more product. It seems that the difficulty levels need to have more focus on the difficulty of each order and more fine tuning in general.
If an order is messed up (not always, but in a specific way), the staff member at the register will break and then the whole day is ruined basically because at a certain point it's not worth the energy to do anything except make the food because of how much product there is to worry about.
We need an actual make table.
Please make it where the burger can be unwrapped if we accidentally wrap it and forget the top bun or an ingredient.
An estimate of how many customers are going to be coming per day on the computer would be great, I know it's pretty consistent but that little addition would be awesome especially if going between difficulties.
The character customization is... pretty bad, needs more options, somehow everyone looks really old.
Some things aren't really explained, or maybe I missed one of the ? sticky notes. For example you need to leave all of your prepped product in the walk in and remember to close the door, or else it all gets deleted. Obviously this is important in real life, but it wasn't clear to me how accurate the game was going to be regarding this since it's still early access.
The "aesthetic purchases" currently available are extremely lackluster and don't seem worth it, while the game excels in gameplay value, it definitely lacks badly in appealing design so far. There is nearly no customization of the restaurant currently available, and as far as I can tell you can't change the layout of the kitchen at all.
I'm certain they'll add more customization as the game's development progresses, but it feels draining currently to continue playing without any incentives in the form of aesthetic purchases or upgrades (beyond one staff member per front of house/unloading (the unloading guy is kinda useless...), which is really cheap and hard to consider an "upgrade" - it seems more like it's for people who play solo or with just one friend.)
All in all, this game definitely feels like it's going to be THE fast food simulator game on steam, and currently it's playable and fun with friends, it's just very early on the road map since it just came out recently.

For an early access game, this is honestly pretty good and fun. I love a life-sim and this scratches that itch. However, once you unlock fries and the drive-thru at level 15, the game becomes almost impossible on single-player. There is way too much going on and everything requires a dedicated click (adding ingredients, filling a cup, making fries, etc.) which means you just can't complete the orders in time. You can set the game to Easy to stop customers from losing patience, but even then, you're making orders way past when the day "ends" at 9:00 pm. The game desperately needs additional employees to hire for single-player, like a drive-thru cashier, a burger-flipper, or a burger maker. Until the single-player optimization is fixed, I just can't recommend this.

the core gameplay is unsatisfying and doesn't feel rewarding, and the NPC's are lifeless with really loud/robotic voices. plus it has an AI cover photo
i would genuinely recommend working in food service IRL over playing this game, because at least you get paid with money and potentially friends doing that
