The concept and the atmosphere are cool.
I have only played 2 stories so maybe the game gets better but i was not having fun and so i didn't have the desire to continue playing.
The main gameloop was very repetitive and tedious.
Both stories i played were like this:
- Look at differente cameras trying to spot something weird.
- You finally see something weird in a room in some floor.
- Get out of the office, cross through the garage till the stairs/elevator and go to the room with activity.
- Interact with something or just see something.
- Go back to the elevator/stairs.
- Cross through the garage to get to the office.
- Go to the first point and repeat x7-8 till the story ends.
So most of the game you are looking at a camera trying to find something and walking through the garage or corridors.

Do Not let the Simplistic Pixel art and Retro graphics fool you, this games story is anything but Simplistic. The gameplay style is very unique and can take a bit of adjusting to, but despite leading to a few frustrating moments it lends itself very well to the overall narrative the game is going for. For those like me who grew up with SNES being my first system, I will always love charming pixel style graphics. And for anyone out there who is a fan of Horror, I’d say give this a try, there is a little something for everyone no matter what specific genres you’re into. Stories range from Zombies, to Ghosts, to Aliens with even a hint of Pokémon in one story. I absolutely got $4.99 worth of fun out of this, and honestly I’d still call it a bargain at twice the price. And if you do enjoy it, as of the time of writing it includes two FREE DLC’s with additional stories. I did experience a couple of frustrating bugs, one requiring a restart, but nothing absolutely game breaking. I love this particular indie developer and feel they put a lot of Love into this game, and I would urge any indie game or Horror fans to give it a Chance!

A shockingly high quality and cheap horror comedy game that gives you both a lot of content and a wide variety of it in exchange for it's low asking price. This game works by placing you through a huge pool of nights, with each night being it's own unique challenge with their own set of rules you have to figure out on the fly. I recommend playing it as blind as you can, since a big part of the fun is figuring out each one as they go along due to having to constantly adapt to new rules. All around a great beginner game for people who want to get into horror. Comes with two free DLCs that almost double the length of the game and as a whole most of the
The only real con is that if you're a completionist that some nights can be a bit of a pain to replay quickly, but there's only a small handful of nights that I think that's even a problem for at all.

Awesome little game, very creative and imaginative with its scenarios. Favorite night's probably the Devil Face one, and the ghost band. Creepiest must've been the one with a secret room in the basement. The slideshow finale for surviving all scenarios so makes me want a prequel set in the disappeared hotel!
