Security: The Horrible Nights Steam Charts & Stats

I REALLY WANNA PLAY THIS BUT.......as soon as i get to actual start after a mini training session...once waking up from cctv.... it crashes =( Please let me know if there is something on my end i need to do.... please and thanks ..other than that.... i like it so far...

TL;DR, Good game, very entertaining, with a few annoying parts, but it's overall a good game. The Base Game: The stories(levels) in the base game(We'll get to the DLC) are overall really good! There were some stories were a little annoying because of the mechanics, and I feel like the games Hey mechanic was very much underutilized, so I feel that the game could've been a little better, but overall, worth the money, and very fun. The last area, after the stories, was a slog and a half, even after they sped up the things you control in it, It was alright, but I'd still rather do the rest of the game over again than do that long mission. 7.5/10, worth the price and a good time, especially if you're a streamer. The DLC: At the time of writing this, the first DLC is the only one that came out. It's very short, only a few stories, but it's pretty good! The first two stories, to me, were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, exactly what I expected and more, I can go on for hours about how much I loved them! The last story was, in my honest opinion, terrible. Especially in comparison to the previous two. The narration on the radio didn't feel like it fit the story, and kinda felt out of place in general, and the story itself was incredibly frustrating to me. It felt was such a departure from the previous two that it felt like if you ended a coldwar shooter with a skyrim escort mission. In the same way that I can pop off about how much I loved the first stories, I can go on for hours about how much I DID NOT like the third story. If you had to buy the DLC, I wouldn't recommend it solely because of the last level. That being said, if you love horror, and you get the game(which comes with this FREE DLC), just play the first two, and save the last one for when you want to play something, but don't want to play horror, because if you go into it right after the first stories, it won't meet your expectations. I give the DLC a 5/10, just because the last story killed it so hard for me. I will say again, this is my personal opinion, I'm not a huge professional, nor do I have years in the horror genre, but this game and DLC as a whole is good. The game is surprisingly cheap, just a $5 game for what it gives, is great for streamers, great for if you wanna play some short levels here and there, if you like horror, get it, if not, it's fairly cheap, you can still have some good times with it.

The Game is fun to play! some of the stories can be hard if you aren't paying attention lol I recommend people play this!

Really fun game, The stories hook you in, none of them are "bad" but there are some outstanding ones. For the base game my favorite was, [spoiler]The one with the crazy killer, he killed you when you go back to your office (honestly the first time the game made me jump) and you come back to life, he's confused but kills you again and when you came back the second time he was there and gets scared of you and it turns into a game of chase.[/spoiler] it had me confused at first and then laughing. My favorite from the DLC "Stories by horror experts" had to be [spoiler]the second one where the narrator was talking about jump scares. the fact he was talking about them had me on edge waiting for one to pop out at me.[/spoiler] I cant wait for the next DLC, and I hope there are more DLCs to come after these two or allow people to workshop their own stories if it's just those two DLCs only.

This is a great game for those who enjoy horror games, but also may not be the absolute best at playing games. I really appreciate that instead of feeling bummed I died, it started a whole new story. I still have 10 more achievements I can receive so I will continue playing, but this is the first game I've ever managed to play all the way through. Really glad I came across this game.
