I guess it's okay? But definitely not for its price - the gameplay is primitive, the levels are not very different. Although I didn't finish it, because I feel like if I tried further I would have broken the PC. Apparently I'm a casual player?
In any case, such a rating is due to the price with such boring gameplay and levels.
