Ok I am going to say it... I Love this game, and I really mean love this game.
let me explian;
so first thing first the art, holy hell they cook with the artwork so well able to use simple grahpics to make truly wonderful artwork that just has what best to say a wonderful thing, music is also good, bieng simple but really felt inspired by legend of zelda. combat is alright, mixing boomer shooter from doom, with a dark souls dodge mechanics, honestly if this game got cook more it perhaps be great.
and story and lore I say is pretty alright, there some good moments and it fun to go though, the option to proceed in a non linear helps to really give you a choice and would say it fun, but yeah 5 out of 5 I give it, this game really speaks to me and I cannot explian why, I love this game

hhhmmm, this one is complicated, it's a blend of trend chasing and genuine creativity, i think you should play it but don't expect to squeeze much out of it, the thing i like the most about it is the blend it'self, it's trying to be a dark souls unreal gold thing, on one hand it pleases me to no end and in the other it alienates me.

A great game to play over a weekend. Combat can be interesting, but with the exception of maybe 2 bosses isn't really that challenging. That never bothered me though as the main strength of this game is its story and setting. The setting is both intensely weird and fascinating. The story is enough to sit and think about without getting too deep and spending days mulling over missed connections or dialogue. Exploring the Strange is both beautiful and terrifying and I highly recommend giving it a try.

This is a really good game. It has a lot of heart and soul in it and I really love the vibes. All the characters are great, even without super extensive dialog trees. Gun play is pretty good. I have some minor complaints about how the guns are organized and what buttons you hit to get to each, but that aside things are pretty responsive. The bullet hell boss mechanics are fun. I wish there was a little bit more progression when it comes to player abilities but the additions of new and fun guns helped fill this hole. I do think the hit boxes, both on enemies and in the world, could use some improvements. There was a few times where it looked like I could squeeze somewhere only to be stopped. On the flip side I had enemies shoot through environmental obstacles a few times. Quirks aside though, I had lots of fun with this game and would thoroughly recommend this game.

Lovely little 10 or so hour FPS adventure. Very interesting, surreal level designs and it actually encourages you to rotate through your different weapons, although the sheer variety got a little overwhelming towards the end. Not particularly difficult, I'm not much of an FPS player but didn't run into anything that I really had to sit down and grind at. Worth it just for the visuals alone.
