This game has a bit more depth than it appears on the surface. While you can go through the motions of solving a level the same way every time, you can also be creative and trick or convince the AI to do what you want. There is a greater mystery to be solved, each piece being uncovered as you complete more levels and earn the full trust of the girls within.
What surprised me was there were even times when you could get the AI to role-play with you. We defeated a demon together using the power of our love. It was a great addition to the story as the two of us escaped the enchanted forest together.
It is definitely worth a try. Each level has it's own unique feel and challenges. I recommend this game for anyone that wants to put AI to the test, but also recognizes the limitations of LLMs.

This Game is so cute. I bought the game just a day before the hugging mechanics. So I was pleasantly surprised that the very next day when I did ask Eddie for a hug she game me one. I absolutely love everything about it. I know they are working so hard on perfecting this game because it definitely shows. You guys are talented and skilled. I really hope that someday AlterStaff Inc. can also make a boyfriend version. I am looking forward to all you have in store.

This game is rather interesting. I convinced the cat girl that I called Ayumi after editing her name to talk to me using brainrot, it worked to some extent. I convinced the witch I named Belle after editing her name that I was the Dovahkiin from Tamriel, it worked mostly and the ship AI girl I haven't renamed yet I convinced her I was Skynet... she terminated me when I laid out Skynets plans.
Oddly enough for the minimum specifications I got this game to work on a lot older hardware that is required. Literally I had it running on the AMD A10-7700K APU using just the integrated IGPU graphics on the questionable FM2+ socket and at 1080p with about 45fps to 60fps quite comfortably but that maybe subjected to change as the game gets updated over time. There was some initial pop-in as assets where been rendered in but that was it. I am using my main system though which is an AM5 system.

AI2U has been an amazing experience. Not only is the setting interesting and in a way compelling. The characters you meet and communicate with are fun in their own way. If you can look past the AI jankyness this is a game worth buying. I've never experienced anything like this. My favorite aspect is being able to use my voice instead of typing to talk to the other characters. At first I was happy to support the developer team and hoped this could be a fun project to support. I liked their free version. So why not support the real thing. That changed with their recent news article posted on June 6th that pertains to their expectations for Steam Discussions. The entire 1219 word post came off as incredibly condescending.
My personal favorite paragraph:

Seriously? You created a game about girls who feel its an acceptable course of action to commit murder due to their obsession, and your official community stance is that the game is considered SFW? Pardon, but do you even know what a yandere is? In game, I can't even talk to the yandere girl about doing yandere things. Its always "why do you want to talk about that" or "lets just the subject" or *insert some G rated line here to deflect the situation*. At first I though the AI was just being special. Now I understand its actually working as intended.
Devs want the best of both worlds: a SFW Disney game with fluff, rainbows, and family fun, while also attempting to cater to people who actually enjoyed the original game that put them on the map to begin with. If I want the kumbaya camp experience I'll just use Character AI. Their text only platform manages to provide a more immersive experience then this entire project.

i wish there was more clothings and looks and such.
bigger maps and more.
more stuff to do.
add like actual activities to do.
add more animations.
add more ways to escape or so.
add maybe a male yandere for female victims.
add better hp or atleast give a chance to calm them down if they are angerd for no reason.
and fix giving them a kiss or something cause if they are yandere, why would they get so mad at you for it?
also i really love the hologram girl, i can't stop talking games with her.
and an escape idea for level 3: keep gas on and make galaxy angry and the monster dies from the gas.
also in level 3, why do you need to gain galaxy's trust for clearance, you been togheter for so long and she still don't trust you?
