The gameplay for the most part is basically you doing an improv but for metro planning, not too shabby; however some cities (such as Berlin and Auckland) are pretty atrocious when it comes to the metro planning, especially if you're really going for the special achievements (I haven't gotten one from there yet, skill issue I guess) Still, would recommend this to transit planning fans who are into that sort of thing

I've been playing this game on one platform or another for almost 10 years and it never gets old. It's one of those games that takes less than a minute to figure out but you can always get better at. The daily challenge gives you something fun to look forward to every day and there's enough different maps to keep yourself challenged for years.

Fun and challenging. Nothing new to say that you haven't read on other reviews. What I can say is that I really like the visual style, it plays with the colours which makes it compelling and stress-free, it's really easy to do a game like this and make the visual style tecnical and sterile.

Mini Metro turns the stress of managing public transit into one of the most relaxing (yet addicting) puzzle games ever. With a sleek, minimalist design and a soothing soundtrack that reacts to your gameplay, it feels less like city planning and more like modern art in motion. The premise is simple—connect stations to keep passengers moving efficiently—but as the city grows, so does the challenge. One moment, you're Zen-like, calmly drawing train lines; the next, you're frantically rerouting everything as your network descends into chaos. It’s easy to learn, endlessly replayable, and perfect for both quick sessions and deep strategy. Whether you're a casual player or a perfectionist aiming for the most efficient metro ever, Mini Metro makes public transport feel oddly satisfying.

a genuinely fun game to play that has triggered my autism like no other game has done in the past.

A combination of relaxing and stressful. It's a great puzzle game. However, you'll start to hate circles after playing this.

The government should be grateful that I wasn't in their city planning department.
🚉🚄🚅🚈🚝
This game is harder than I've expected. The mechanic is simple but difficult to master. Very satisfying when joining all the stations together with colorful lines (but new station pops up soon enough). Happy to see some familiar cities appearing in a game but I hate the circle stations they are appearing too frequently. Overall, I did enjoy the time I spent playing Mini Metro. Recently started playing Mini Motorways and that game seems fun to play too.
