The hate I have for this game is immense. Be prepared for 30GB updates every week, without the option to play without them. Be prepared for the mechanics of this game not making any sense and not following any kind of logical reasoning. If you want to play a wrestling game, this is one of the best there is, in my opinion. But that speaks more to the state of wrestling games, than to quality of the game itself. I HATE THIS GAME.

This is a very good game. For reference, I haven't played a WWE game since Smackdown vs Raw on the Xbox 360. But it was appealing to me, there are a lot of improvements graphically and with the gameplay systems. I love they've kept the body damage feedback all these years. If on sale, and you're a WWE fan, do get it. My only complaint is that 2k is GREEDY as fuck. NONE of the DLC are on sale during the steam summer sale. So I bought the base game seeing if I liked it, and unfortunately I'm over the 2 hour mark by this point. I was having too much fun. So naturally, I go to check out the DLC that I'm bombared with everytime I launch the game, right? The ringside $60(dlc pass) doesn't even include all the DLC, neither does the bloodline, highest edition of the game. So more money comes out of my pocket, not discounted to get ALL the dlc for the game. That's pretty insane. It just speaks to the direction of 2k and EA, who have a chokehold on anything sport related because other studios don't bother to try. I am hoping something changes in the near decade. The greed ruins the overall enjoyment of their series.

2K sucks balls, first of all i dont even play online but I love community creations, the best part of a WWE game every year, yet I cant even enjoy that because the servers only works when it wants to. Also, despite the fact I dont interact with anyone and Ive purchase the game, 2K will close my game and open up the code of conduct page! This is absolutely unacceptable but will 2k receive any consequences? no and they will continue to regurgitate the same repetitive garbage and call it new and innovative. way to go 2K, you manage to make EA look good somehow

For one we are treated as last gen meaning we can only match with ps4 players online and also we dont have the island which would of really helped in online play i dont know why they dont care about pc players or why they left us in last gen but we are getting half a game at full price maybe its worth it if the price is dropped to 25 dollars since we dont have all the features

I have purcahsed wwe for several years now, I just recently went over to steam and pc for the most part it has been enjoyable experince. However with wwe 2k 25 every time 2k does any update it causes several problems with the game like not loading at the screen or crashes. I play it find on my steam deck however too many problems with windows. Fix the game so I can buy your dlc content and just sit down after a hard week of work and play the game. I don't want to watch you tube videos on how to fix your game. I just want to sit down and play.

DO NOT BUY THIS I have to start the game, let it crash my PC on launch. Then its a 50/50 if it freezes again if I launch right after startup. Ridiculous.

Every year they manage to make us play the next one by adding a new feature. Last years, was CM Punk. In this one it was intergender matches. I wouldn't have bought it, however, intergender matches.

Would be worth the money if they focused on the fun as much as they focus on "realism," but unfortunately 2K can't make a good game.

The game is fun when it actually works. This game tends to freeze my whole PC when at the loading screen to start the game and in my faction. I'm seeing other people report this as a problem too. All my other games works fine except this one. Also the lack of My Island on the PC feels like a slap in the face to loyal 2k fans like myself and i may not get the next one if this persists .

This game is fun, even with its flaws, it is a fun game when it works. It looks great, I can spend hours playing when it works. Thats the key, when it works. Every patch, something breaks in the game, making it unplayable until the next patch. Random crashes, the utter mess that is create-a-anything, DLCs that promise but don't fully deliver. Its a never-ending cycle, and its been going for years. Like many, I mostly play Universe mode. Universe mode is always broken somehow. 2K wants you to play myFaction, fine, I'll check it out. Oh wait, its stuck in a permanent loading screen. Fine, I'll go back to Universe mode when they fix it. Oh it's fixed? Something else is broken again. In typical 2K fashion, they don't care. They never have and never will. My favorite franchises to play casually were always NBA 2K, WWE, and Civilization, but they go out of their way to make sure I'll never buy another one of their titles, ever again.
