On the steam store page of this game, on the right side, there is a "Download Demo" button. (usually its not there for other games with demos, for me at least)
I recommend using that, as I am too confused what to write about this game as of now (maybe Ill update at some point).
I saw "mixed" in reviews and thought thats sad because I can recommend it and its unique, and you can try it for free first, so I wrote this here.

At the time or review did a little surface glance at it and I find the tutorial to be pretty good its just that it doesn't touch upon how to create dynamic neural systems that much and the main issue is its very easy to get stuck and soft-locked kinda since there is I think too much freedom given in the tutorial

it is fun, but brutal, cold and uncaring at times. It hits all the right parts of my brain. if you like creating complex systems that have tendencies of going sideways this is for you.
