To be fair, this is not a bad expansion at all. Mission design is varied and the scenarios use the basic combined arms approach well. But some of the missions are simply extremely tedious, especially if you are a completionist and go for all the stars. The base game and other DLCs also have this tendency for being an occasional slog, but this DLC takes it too far with the variety of ambushes, infantry assaults without sufficient support etc. Essentially it boils down knowing what happens when based on the scenario design. Too bad, because otherwise there would be some good missions here with good use of reinforcements etc.
