Edit: Have change the recommend to a No at this point. I am about halfway through the maps and the difficulty level ramped up. I stopped enjoying the grind or figuring out the exact placement / selling I have to do. If you want to try this game, try the first one first as this is more of the same but at higher difficulty. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ It's a traditional TD with fixed tower spots. Pretty fast pace, there is not much lull as the map is open. The strategy lies in dealing with less-than-ideal tower spots. It's well done, I have lots of fun with it. A few cons: They don't explain much about the towers and the enemies. It's hard to figure out what damaging what. You got to grind to unlock the tech tree. Personally, I am finding it quite tedious after 8 hours, as if there is only 1 way to win the map for end-game play. No key rebinds, no windowed mode. If you played the first game, this is the same with more game modes, maps etc as explained by the devs on the box. Cute eggs and artwork. Also eggsellent for puns :D Worth the asking price.
