Very good HOG but what sets it apart are the numerous and hilarious cultural references.

This game is developed by my best friend.
This game seamlessly integrates Chinese mythological creatures from the classic text "Shan Hai Jing" into a contemporary context.
As one of China's most emblematic ancient mythological texts, "Shan Hai Jing" has significantly influenced various Japanese yokai and supernatural tales.
I strongly recommend everyone to experience this game.

This is a very casual game that I enjoy playing with my daughter. We never tire of exploring the map of China in search of monsters. The game features various mythical creatures from the 'Shan Hai Jing' as well as famous historical and cultural cities in China. There are also numerous menus hidden throughout, containing information about famous Chinese figures and significant historical events. If you enjoy treasure-hunting games and are interested in learning about Chinese culture, I highly recommend this one!
Additionally, the music is very pleasant to listen to. Although it’s just a casual game, it can still be a bit tense at times because finding all the mythical creatures and historical figures on each map isn't that easy.

Interesting theme for a hidden object game, featuring a wide range of different mythical creatures. Overall there are 12 levels to complete, each with about 10 creatures to find along with a jigsaw puzzle to complete. The levels were about the right size and difficulty. None of the characters were super hard to find, though some did take a but of hunting. I also enjoyed that most levels included a few easter eggs, such as characters from films/TV shows.
The one thing I disliked was the time limit. In order to finish a level and gain a star, you had to find everything and complete the puzzle within a given. This made the game feel a little rushed - I couldn't enjoy the artwork and take my time as I wasn't sure how big/complicated the jigsaw puzzle would be. Whilst I did manage to finish all the levels in time, some were very close to he time limit.
The entire game took me about 45 mins to complete. It is a little bit more expensive than other games in the genre, but not bad if you want a slightly different theme.
