It's a good game, works just fine, don't understand what's wrong with all these other people - they must be having problems with their computers.

Another good game from Kairosoft. After being disappointed by few previous games (Legend of Heropolis DX was especially bad) I was scared this one will be bad too and it started with gatcha-like hero recruitment, energy bar and abundant special currency which looked like it will break progression. I decided not to use gems and the game feels fine without them. You have to carefully spend your limited resources and can't easily increase rank of your heroes but you can still get S rank heroes and weapons.

Game is hectic and confusing while also maintaining next to no actual game play. Felt like watching a video with the occasional "Okay" button. Missing all of the usual complexity (Such as combinations, speciality guests, etc) that Kairosoft is known for. Incredibly disappointed, and bored out of my mind.

I am down voting, not because it is a bad game, but because it is average and there is no way to give a middling score. The game tries to be several things: a dungeon exploration with heroes, a underground city builder, a dungeon builder with traps and monsters to ward off attackers, a logistics game (albeit minor), and a few others. The issue is that it doesn't commit too much to one or the others, leaving a sort of muddled experience that is vaguely fantasy. Add to it a "fire" system that is a progression halter; it is a set resource needed to do any digging/dungeon diving that refills slowly over time, like many mobile games (which this is a port of, admittedly, but no changes were made for PC). Unless this gets altered in the future (I doubt, I have never seen Kairosoft do anything like tweeks) I only recommend this on sale. Quick addendum to the end of my review; I normally enjoy 100% Kairosoft games and I am currently at roughly 140 hours with 2 achievements left to go. If you are looking for a quick, fun 100%, this isn't it.

Cheap and fun Kairosoft game, as all Kairosoft game. Each has their own unique things but all are simple and fun be it building up a Ninja Village, a Clothing store, selling Ramen or Burgers. In this one you need to dig beneat a city, use heroes to defeat monsters while turning the caverns you have explored and cleared into a buzzling undercity that produce resources to upgrade heroes, their weapons and so on. A little pro tip, floor 1, fill it with Traps and Monster Stables for when thives attack and make a similar defense for your lowest/current floors to counter monsters. Also its better to use 1 monster with duplicates For the defense, level them up by sending them on missions or cheese item, but cheese items are expensive. But doing missions with the monsters level them up, save cheese for when you get better monsters for defenses to level em up quickly. Early game the Rabbit monster with thunder attack works great, mid game the stone golems and end game Kairosoft bots! Anyhow, do not expect mindboggling complex game, these kairosoft games are braindead fun! casual and relaxing games that will consume your boredom! Have fun! and Enjoy!

Cavern Adventurers is an ambitious Kairosoft game that unfortunately falls a bit shallow with lacklustre gameplay. The concept of a cave exploring RPG has a great potential, but Cavern Adventurers caves are bland with lots of reputation and not much reason to fully explore. The game is so automated and requires so little interaction that the rank up requirements are quickly met with little to no effort, the game struggles with an identity crisis of being a simulation builder or an AFK game. The enemy and boss variety is solid, but the battles being far too simplistic with minimal user input or battling mechanics make the charm of them deteriorate quickly. There’s a decent amount of villager customisation with classes and weapons to upgrade, but they don’t have a huge impact on the gameplay. On the plus side this game introduces a lot of much needed QOL controls like a fast forward button before post game and quick buttons on the right side to spend resources without opening menus. There is also a large colourful cast of charming and interesting adventurers to seek out. This is by no means a bad game, it just leaves a lot to be desired with potential to have much more engaging fights, more creative cave level design and more flexible building customisation options. Cavern Adventurers is a solid 5/10.

Refunded. Game is entirely way too zoomed in, not sure what is happening. Very limited setting options. Locked at 30 FPS. It's a mobile game. Not worth on the computer.

Not worth the money. Maybe if it's on a crazy sale, but not $9. Why is it cheaper on the app store??? It's a port of a mobile game with barely any changes for PC. The UI is still built for a phone screen, with no options to change it. Didn't encounter any gamebreaking bugs in 2 hours, so that's something at least.
