a lot of people will complain that the game isn't scary: so what?
I think we need horror games that aren't too scary as some people don't like it a lot or for younger people getting in scary games increasingly at their own pace. Sure, I had more laughs than I was scared, but at least I had fun and enjoyed playing.
The storytelling works very well.
I think the thing that's most likely going to bother is the repetitive actions but once you get that it's how the storytelling works it gives you motivation (i guess)

The game functions, the aesthetic is nice, but there's very little here to actually enjoy.
The packing and moving gameplay isn't fun or engaging at all - it's finicky and tedious. The horror is all very standard and straightforward. The mystery/plot is dull, simple, and uncreative. And it's about 2 hours in total.
Interesting core idea, but exceptionally bland execution.

The first two tags on this game? Psychological Horror and Horror. There's nothing scary about this game. It's extremely NOT what I expected, in a bad way. I didn't run into any glitching or any issues like that. It just does not deserve the tags of Psychological Horror OR Horror. If you bought this game expecting that, just don't even bother. I played until the end, HOPING for something scary to happen. Just no.

I like the game, but it's not worth $13. Got it for $8.44, which seems more reasonable. Please ignore my playtime, I leave my computer on overnight, the game really takes around an hour to complete.
Basically, you pack boxes and throw them in a moving truck, and some spooky things happen. There's a little bit of plot alluded to, but nothing major, and you never actually get any explanation of what's happening.
There are two extra modes that do not add any story content. One just adds extra items to pack (but is the exact same game overall with no other changes) and one is a cut content level which is just a tedious maze segment, and the reason for cutting it is obvious.
I'll give it a tentative like, the concept and atmosphere were neat and the game plays fine, there just isn't really any substance to it past the surface game.

Game about moving out stuff from your house that might have more going on. Pretty good, glad that they didn't use the version of the game they cut out and put in the cut content portion. TBC, do not dissuade yourself from needing to look up afterwards the creator's intended meaning of the game.
