This has a lot of potential. Still a lot of work to be done, but there's a solid foundation.

THIS IS HOW YOU TEACH QUANTUM COMPUTATION. A few minor issues: * Make the text bigger. Right now it's a little too small for me. Or maybe add an option to adjust text size. * Since quantum computation is reversible, can you add an option for the thing to go back in time? Many puzzles benefit from reverse thinking, and players are doing the reverse thinking mentally anyway, so it would help a lot to have it built-it. * The hotkey for adjusting speed is a bit awkward. I play the game with my left hand on the keyboard and right hand on the mouse, but arrow keys require me to hit the keyboard with my right hand. Can you change it to like Z, X or something? * My laptop always get *really hot* when running the game, which shouldn't happen for a small puzzle game like this... right? * I also want a "next row / last row" feature. Basically, I want to pause time and run the quantum circuit step-wise, so that I can see clearly what each row does. * In the main menu, can you make it so that it clearly shows which set of puzzles I have finished, so that I instantly know what's the next set of puzzles I should try? * There's an in-game feature to highlight the path from the first qubit, which is nice. But can you do it with every input qubit and every output qubit too? It would help a lot for puzzle solving, Right now, 8/10 (not 10/10 because of the previous issues I mentioned, although non of them are core gameplay issues and they should all be relatively easy to deal with), I would recommend it to anyone curious in quantum computation. Also, if you ever need help with the Chinese translation, I'm down to help, my email is [email protected]

This is a brilliant teaching tool hiding in a satisfying visual puzzle game! Even my kids can understand what we're trying to solve using the visualization of extremely esoteric and complex concepts. I love the translation of learning content that I've only read and thought about abstractly into a system with immediate feedback about my understanding. I would 100% recommend this game.

QO is a very good puzzle game. For an early access its quite developed, a fuller game than most release titles. If you like puzzle/factory games and/or are a bit into physics/science, this game is worth it. My problems were: 1. Some very hard levels + I found no help online (the reason why I needed to stop playing after ~80%? of the game) 2. The UI on 4bit (advanced levels) represents the sigils very small so that at the start/end of an Mix-Gate (H-Gate) they are not visible anymore (and you can't set another "halt-point") Also the sigils at a halt-point are directly influenced by the start of the next gate-step, so that it's not clear what state there in. One should be able to have a neutral "visualisation step" between every gate step

Fun introduction to quantum computing stuff, although I would have preferred if they just wrapped Qiskit and used more standard terminology.

having done a master's that specialized in quantum computing, this is essentially a quantum simulator that's been gamified. super impressive work, though it's impossible for me to judge this from the POV of someone new to quantum computing. i have yet to fully explore what this has to offer, but there is already a lot and it is well worth the money if you're someone who's interested in this field but doesn't want to start by diving into a textbook. there is a detailed wiki built-in if you're curious about the history of the field and some more niche/difficult topics within it. overall it's a great experience for people who aren't already veterans in the field, which happens to be the vast majority of people lol

The game requires an internet connection to play it. But it's important to me that you can log in to the game at any time. With or without the Internet
