Great little campaign. Took about 20 hours to finish. I took the branch that diverted me to the encirclement of kiev so if I ever go back again I can do the northern front instead. Quite a few interesting scenario's, very enjoyable overall.

So far the best Grand Campaign - already regretting I haven't bought all the Grand Campaigns when they were on Steam Sale :((( Btw you can decide quite a few times what course you will take (naval or air invasion to crete, will you go to leningrad or kiev first etc... I think there is a good chance for some replayability!).

Grand Campaing 41... Leading your units, rookies back in 39 but by now they're veterans that have seen a lot of combat, soldiers that remember the glory days back in Poland and France where nothing could stand against the German panzers... Leading them straight into their deaths. The campaing starts off in Yugoslavia and continues into Greece. You get to participate in the invasion of Crete and you can choose if you want a naval invasion or an air invasion. Afterwards... Operation Barbarossa, crossing the border into the Soviet Union. Starts off easy your elite units killing old enemy tanks one after another and moving deeper and deeper into the USSR. Then the T-34s, The KV series... Slowly your Panzer 3s and 4s lose their edge... By the end of the campaing you've retreated from the outskirts of Moscow, defending some air fields in the cold, harsh winter. +New units, some early war-mid war stuff like upgraded Panzer 3s, A Karl Gerat mortar that is given to you for one mission, A Flammpanzer its a Panzer 2 but it has flamethrowers and for the enemies you get to see KV-2s, KV-1s, Yaks and Peshkas... You do get your hands on some captured T-34s and even a captured KV-1. +You start off in Yugoslavia, then to Greece where you can participate in the invasion of Crete. You get to choose between doing an airborne or a naval invasion. Afterwards you move into the Soviet Union and after a few missions you can choose between going North to assist in the Siege of Leningrad or going South and spending your next few missions trying to encircle the Kursk pocket. +As always your units from the previous Grand Campaing can be transferred to this one. +The missions are good. You have big open spaces where tanks can move around easily, you have fortified cities where flamethrowers and infantry can be really useful, Even though I don't personally like defence missions I do have to say the last mission was really fun. Took me like 2 hours to beat its just like 22 turns or so but being on the defensive, trying to hold the line against Russian tanks and infantry while at the same time trying to escort some Ju 52 transport planes into these airfields was both very fun and really stressful. I really enjoyed the campaing. It was fun! Just like every other campaing this one can't be purchased anymore it automatically comes with the game when you buy the Gold edition which is as far as I know the only way you can get Panzer Corps on Steam, by buying the gold edition. I think it might be better this way too, good game and nice DLCs.

I don't mind paying 5 euros for this campaign but some historical inaccuracies bug me a lot. Kingdom of Yugoslavia never had Russian equipment as the game portrays, tanks were French made Renault’s, fighter planes were BF 109’s, Hawker Hurricanes, Fury’s and some domestically built IK3’s. Bombers were Dornier’s and Bleinheim… everything can be easily checked on internet. Why were you so lazy during development?
