A bit grindy. Story is ok. Art is ok.
Like all Kagura games, it doesn't come with all content with the purchase. You need to go to their site and download a patch and install the patch. But not before registering on the site. There is no reason for this in 2024.

I played this game for 7 hours without realizing there was a patch. THERE IS A PATCH! I am more angry that I wasted so much time and the fact that there isn't really any guides or discussions about needing a patch. Getting the patch is super easy too, I just wish I knew about it before wasting so much time!
After playing with the patch installed the content that was revealed was pretty decent. There were multiple features to include game mechanics that made it more interactive and interesting. All in all I can recommend this game after the patch is installed. Prior to installation the game was kind of mediocre and monotonous.

[+] The “scenes” are decent, the art is nice and the heroines have appealing designs.
[+] The resource management is a bit simple but there’s enough activities to usually keep you busy. Although it takes awhile before most activities are unlocked.
[+/-] The story isn’t all that complicated but it serves it’s purpose of creating context for the gameplay and “scenes”.

There is two unadvertised features that you should know about. There is a 100 in game day time limit. If and when you hit this 'ending' i highly suggest you don't reload your most recent save. You'll just most likely end up with the same ending.
The second unadvertised feature is a bit of a new game plus. Any main story scenes that you've previously seen can be skipped and the 5th girl can be interacted with from day one. As far as i can tell these are the only things that change if you start a new game, having already played some.
Enjoyable story. Good art.
