A first person social deduction game, combining real time action and communication, 3 to 8 players. While most players will do their best to complete objectives and ensure victory, a small portion of dissidents will try to stop them at all costs, without getting caught.

This game got insanely boring due to lack of updates especially there being no new maps and it has been 1 year. The community is ridiculous, if you try to join a lobby they will always ask for your age, and if you aren't 18 or older they kick you, I'm 15 and you have adults like these always ruining games and make it weird. Besides from that, there is a high lack of updates and if you want to design your character with cosmetics EVERYTHING costs money along with changing your gender to a female character? This game is doesn't care about their community and is only here for money.

Release a game, make it seem "promising" then the only real updates are "winking" and adding paid cosmetics. This is what's wrong with gaming these days. Hope you enjoyed getting your money and running. I do not recommend this game to anyone.

Fun until it gets repetitive. New content consists of winky faces and alarm buttons just what everyone was asking for.

Please randomize weapon spawns. It's kinda annoying when everyone just rushes to the weapon spawns at the beginning of the game. Randomize more spawns in general. Other than that it's lots of fun.

a very well and unique game but it has problems :
-the game is early Access and it has the same price as the game and the dlc dosent really add that much for the game
-the devs are a bit lazy and they are not updating the game quickly
-it has a lot of bugs
-its basically dead now
but if you have friends i recommend playing it

I don't typically write reviews. But I feel as more and more updates come out the less and less I want to play. I've been playing since week 1. And these last two updates have ruined the game play for me.
Currently, the addition of the alarm serves no real purpose other than to be annoying. Many glitched hiding spots were fixed, which I could understand and can agree they needed to be fixed (like glitching them behind computers). Some spots were entirely valid and easy to check, yet they were still "removed". (Such as behind or under various desks.)
But the newest update with the defibrillator has completely ruined the Lock Down Protocol experience. I enjoy a mischievous dissident play, playing mind games and gas lighting people is part of the job! However, with this addition to revive as many people to life only for them to outs the dissident, it's insane. I'm playing a mind game with two people in botanical while someone goes and revives two people I've killed. You're suddenly punished for not killing people fast enough. No more mind games or milking the clock. The balance and strategy has been increasingly more difficult for the dissident role.
Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back until some balancing issues have been addressed. For new players, I can't recommend the game as it currently stands with these most recent updates.

I honestly like the gameplay that this has. Be it if you're a dissident (imposter) or not, you're able to kill with the only downside being you might be framed or killed by others. It has potential to be better than it is but it needs more improvement on the gameplay side and not the DLCs made.
Just some suggestions I have is to create a couple of new maps, and maybe add a couple of new weapons. From what I see from other reviews is that the DLCs are quite expensive which I agree with and the mechanics need more adjustment.
Maybe adding a couple of new roles as well to help encourage players to play longer would be intruiging.
A detective that could see footprints of dissidents after they killed someone for a few seconds.
A doctor that could revive someone from the dead with the only downside that the dead can't talk or kill.
A mechanic that could increase the task speed within a small radius from the player.
Just my own suggestions, people could add on or critic me for what I said above.
