Poorly Designed Game
Since this game only had one review I figured I would give it a try as it was on sell. I can now add to the reviews and say don't waste your time with this game.
Controls
HTC Vive Wands - Not great somethings work and some don't.
Pimax Sword - Again, these work but not so well on somethings. Overall the best experience.
Index Knuckles - I could not even get these to type my name in on the first half of the game. The developer thought it was a good idea to use the grip for typing and selecting menu items. This is why the others work better. Specially the Pimax Sword controllers as they have a side button for the grip.
UI
The interfaces have to be controlled by gripping as mentioned above. Not all controllers work well with this. Even using my Pimax Sword controllers I had a hard time loading the levels. As the main UI for starting the game is picking up a guy, placing him on a pedestal, then picking up another man and throwing him into a red and black orb. Throwing was not easy and placing the people was awkward.
Gameplay
Similar to how the menu functioned, you grab a person and throw them into a red and black orb if you think their the impostor. As "FastLawyer" mentioned in his review, the Impostor(s) have a similar walk, it does seem to get a little harder to find them the higher the levels. However, it is not as hard at least for the short period of time I played. I can not comment on further levels in, as I stopped playing shortly. As I could not take the lack of controller options and just how janky it was with my controllers to pickup and throw Impostors was. I would hope it gets better further in, but I have my doubts and I'm not going further with this game.
Summary/TLDR
Don't waste your time with this game. It's not well designed and controls are not great.
I personally have asked for a refund.
Experienced on the Meta Quest 3
The best part of this game is the AI created steam store page artwork. It's nice, unlike everything else about this game. There's 25 levels, but all of them is just look for the same model of the basic looking character which has the worst walking animation. I'm not kidding. That's how you find the "bad guy" out from the crowd. You have to look for the worst walking animation, that's how you know it's a terrorist so you can pick it up and toss it in this zone thing. Pick it out and stop it from exploding civilians and you win and go to the next level.
This is one of the worst games in VR that I have played that works exactly as intended. Sadly, not the worst. There is no locomotion or turning, you just have to look 360 around you and pick up this "bad guy" with your magnet hands and then toss it into this vortex. Rinse and repeat for 25 levels where you just have more characters, many clipping through the map so you can't even see their walking animations.
At least I only wasted $1.79 USD for the pleasure. I wish I hadn't though. This game is terrible, except for the AI created store page art. Some intelligence & artistic merit went into that creation, unlike the rest of the game. This is how we know that AI will eventually wipeout mankind. It's already happening on the Steam store page.
Rate 2.5/10. It's horrible.
