Way to go ruining an awesome demo with completely terrible controls. The demo was incredible. The full game controls like utter garbage, especially at $20. Refunded.

This game had a potential to attract fans of Crimsonland, or VS like lovers with its nice visuals. Sadly, when compared to Crimsonland, which can be purchased at the 70% of the price of this game, this game is lacking contents. When compared to VS likes, where most can be purchased at 25~50% of the price, the game is lacking replayability. Another issue is the visual design. Large explosions and projectiles are fancy, but they are hindrance from the gameplay perspective. Combined with rather darkish colored enemy models, over exaggerated effects provide annoyance rather than satisfaction. Other games with such effects provide user accessibility options such as outline for enemies and/or effect opacity, but they aren’t available in this game. Lastly, the game seriously lacks game options, with the sound volume being the only option that is available. That’s unacceptable for me, especially with the price tag that is rather expensive for the genre. I might pick this up again if more contents and options are added, or at a 75%~ off sale if nothing major is changed.
