Not as dramatic as the first 2 games but still fun

For a game about a guy getting no sleep, it's pretty woke... 10/10

This game is totally unjustifiable at its base price (I finished it casually in under eight hours, £35 is very steep for that playtime), but on sale, it's decently priced. A cute little game! The relationships between the characters are the most important aspect, and they were very strong here. I've only played the first game, so don't know the contents of the second, but a major theme in that one was people doing horrible things for those they love in difficult circumstances, which carried through here. I do feel Iris is overly dependent on other people here, especially considering she's the one of the main characters of this game and is super into the subjects of each escape room. She should have probably been able to solve at least the first room on her own, rather than being a sexy lamp who largely exists for creepy men to save as soon as she comes into contact with them. I also don't understand the completionist-oriented bonus content given this game has very little replay value; there are no alternate routes as there were in the first game. Other than that, nice game, runs well, the option to turn off Aiba's trivia in the settings is a LIFESAVER if you're not super into the ZE random facts style of writing.

Don't expect anything too grand, but on sale it was well worth the price to get some more Date and Aiba shenanigans.

uhhhhhhhhhh it was fun bbbbbbbut i don't really think it was as good as the first two! decent fan service, but overall a bit unrememberable. if you're on the fence you should probably pick it up on sale, because i don't feel as if it is worth its $40 price point

I have mixed feelings on the game, If You are hungry for more Somnium sillines and you don't mind escape rooms you will probably have enough fun to justify purchase Story wise, No Sleep feels like filler arc, main plot starts interesting but devolves into a nothing burger. There is still decent amount of fun character interactions, jokes, action scenes, I had my laughs, it was not complete waste of time but man it was trying to convince me otherwise Gameplay wise : Escape rooms are awful and they put already bad plot to a halt, they even somehow managed to make 1 Somnium extremely annoying to go through at the time when I really wanted to be done with the game No Sleep for Kaname Date should be getting "Mixed" from me, since it almost equally entertained and annoyed me

Third game of the Somnium Files series. In this one not only you have the Somniums from other games but you also have Escape Rooms like in the Zero Escape games which i loved seeing again!!! It was very fun to play and the Somniums and Escape Rooms were very complicated and well done. Music and art style are just as good as in the older games. Story-wise tho... it's a bit lacking, it doesn't have any flowchart branches, as many interesting plottwists and it's all very easy to predict from the start, but it's still very well written and enjoyable! All while keeping Uchikoshi's sense of humor which always makes me crackle :] I really recommend it but not more than the games that come before -w-

this game was ♥♥♥♥♥♥ unbearable. im a long time uchikoshi fan and even a santa cosplayer. if aitsf was an awesome 8/10 and aini was a sloppy 6/10 this one was an unbearable 2.5/10 the same jokes are all here the script is mechanical and forced i cant stand to listen to any of these beloved characters say a dam word in this. also the lines are clearly extremely thinly translated anime trope lines that i am way too old to give the time of day importantly, the other ai games set a really good hook that makes you interested enough to reopen the game after closing it, a strong enough pull that overpowers the choppiness and corniness. but this game just doesnt have that at all, there was nothing i was interested in coming back to. i got to the part where theres
3 people doing a puzzle together
and idk how far that is but i feel like i got absolutely nothing out of the experience except time wasted and i couldnt bear to sink deeper into the cost.

I enjoyed this game alot, but don't make the same mistake I did. The first question the game asks you is a spoiler check. It's not a question you will answer later after you finish other paths like in other entries. It's asking you to answer the first name of the culprit of the first game. The game will act like it's your first time playing an AI:TSF game if you don't answer this immediately.

If you are really desperate for new Somnium Files / Zero Escape gameplay, then this game may scratch that itch, but in my opinion it lacks the complex storylines and characterizations that makes the games truly enjoyable. I played through the whole thing, but damn if it wasn't underwhelming. I didn't have super high expectations, but this game still came up a bit short.
