Love this game! Even though it's based on a trend it really manages to differentiate itself with the rogue-lite aspect of filling the "XP gauge" to unlock new abilities! The sounds, music and animations are really satisfying, and the game plays really smoothly! Definitely happy I bought this :)

I've just been playing for the bread, can never get enough bread. Please add more bread. I beg you.
The game is fun too, though. So that helps a LITTLE.
Oh, and the sword was cool.

This game is a clone of Suika, with the main theme being emojis. You need to stack emojis and merge them from smallest to largest. Aside from emojis, this version's unique selling point is its special abilities.
The game works, which is something you can't tell about every game sold on Steam, and in my brief time with it, I didn't encounter any game-breaking bugs.
My overall feeling about this game is that it is cheap. The music sounds like something from free game assets, and none of the sound effects have any sort of identity. The main asset for it is literally emojis, and not some author rendition of emojis but an open-source implementation of them called twemoji.
The game also opened in a forced fullscreen mode, which, after I alt-tabbed from it, rearranged all windows on my multiple monitors. Which in 2024 is a crime.
Visually, emojis are rendered without anti-aliasing, which means you will now notice all the edges - you're welcome. Also, emojis that were picked by the author to be used as stackable items feel the same. They are all faces with the same main color (just the accents are different).
And one of the main draws of the original Suika and its clones is that items have different colors. This means you can identify them easily, and you can build in your mind what is the hierarchy of items. But this is impossible in this game, where all items have same primary color.
It is also not helped by game abilities, which often can make those emojis smaller or squished. So, for obvious reasons, you also can't use their size to distinguish them.
Game abilities feel like a crutch for bad collision detection. When I played the game, I often encountered situations where emojis were stuck, and I was unable to dislodge them, which didn't feel like intended behaviour but more like a bug.
Overall, this game is not offensive (and not that expensive), but even for $2, you can find more worth for your buck.

Very cool game, the powerups can help you but also become annoying at some point!

This game is absolutely addicting with the rouge-like aspects being added to the suika-like genre. It's always fun to try to mess with the abilities and try to top the scoreboard with some crazy abilities that can sometimes save your game if you're about to lose.
I just wish the achievements weren't so strict. They seem nice and easy at first, but when you get into achievements like "Football Champion" and "Congrats, You Just Beat Suika Game", it can be very tough, and as an achievement hunter, it can get frustrating really fast when you can lose your best run in an instant.
This game is great and I highly recommend it, however I don't recommend it for achievement hunters who like to 100% their achievements until these achievements are either adjusted in their difficulty, or the game is updated in such a way that makes these achievements more manageable. (Such as shorting the time, or there is less to juggle on "Football Champion", and making the game area wider or have the win condition set to only getting the last in the cycle and not combining 2 of them in "Congrats, You Just Beat Suika Game".)
I do actually want to attempt to get 100% achievements in this game by myself instead of having to rely on glitches, exploits, or waiting until this auto-clicker that somehow can outperform me manages to combine 2 last in cycle emojis one night.
