You can speed-run it in around 15 min, but that isn't a bad thing. You can spend far more time with the cat-and-mouse aspect of the alien, you can explore the facility more in-depth to find more useful items, and you can try an aggressive over stealth approach.
The controls are decent, the graphics and visuals are solid (a few visual glitches here and there, but nothing awful), what there is of a story does the job, and overall it looks and plays well. There is no save function and death is perma-death.
I got it on sale for under $1 USD, and for that, it's an absolute steal. I'd argue, though, that the non-sale price is a bit steep.
