This is an amazing game that hides much more than it looks at the first glance.
The many-many times I found myself saying Ooo, finding the right way to solve a puzzle, the graduate and wordless introduction to the complexity of the mecanics, which is basically a single mecanic, but all the nuances of how one uses it makes it so diverse one could possibly imagine. And of course all the secrets, a lot of them.
Not mentionin the nice soundtrack and cute graphics. The story and the world, silly and funny in the best way.
This is one of the BEST puzzle games I played, and I can't even call it tiny, cause, yet again, it's bigger than it looks.

Extremely charming game!! The visuals are great (love all the pretty colors on this), the music is enjoyable and all the puzzles are really fun, none of them felt unfair and they were all very well designed and creative!! I just wish it was a little longer.... it took me 2 hours to finish the whole thing and I left wanting a little more :/ Still, I would recomend it for a quick little experience c:

This is just one of those games that made me feel really smart after discovering new abilities. It doesn't get too handholdy when you learn a new mechanic before showing you how to implement it and I respect that. Cute and short.

Super fun and cute. Ive played the demo twice before i realized the game came out fr. I loved how fast i could execute the solution after discovering it. I really like how the map itself is used for some puzzles. A lot of small clever ideas around these really simple and well communicated main mechanics. Joy all over! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a great puzzle game.
It is short, but well worth the play. Took me about an hour and a half to finish.
The puzzle progression is great. All the mechanics are taught in small and focused chunks, and the simple controls build quite a lot of depth. Lots of small clever surprises throughout the game.

[h2]Charming and Explosive[/h2]
[i]Öoo[/i] is a metroidvania puzzle platformer that has you playing as a caterpillar, whose segments are explosive and are your key to solving all the puzzles.
There are many ways to use your segments, and the game introduces them in a way that is both fun and satisfying to see, once you figure out what to do.
The retro graphics are super refreshing to see and make the whole game just that much more enjoyable.
What I love the most is that this game plays a little like [i]Outer Wilds[/i]. If you know exactly what to do, you can skip a large portion of the game. This makes your first playthrough very special, and playing the game again with the knowledge you've gained makes all future playthroughts feel trivial. I'd definitely recommend not using any sort of walkthroughs or guides because that takes away from the whole experience.
Overall, an amazing experience, from the way the mechanics are introduced, to the dopamine from figuring out the puzzles, this game is definitely a gem and I absolutely recommend it!

I've played objectively better puzzle games than this, but this might be the absolute best when it comes to giving me that specific feeling of, like, "This new, only subtly different technique opens up more of the game than I expected, and I only realize in retrospect that I could've done it the whole time." In terms of just how many times it happened, at least. It's similar to Leap Year in that way, but I dunno. I found it a lot more organic in Öoo, and the main mechanic here just makes more sense to my brain on top of that.
It was also exactly my speed in terms of difficulty. Every – and I mean [i]every[/i] – time I was stumped, the answer was to simply spend a little time experimenting with what's new about the room's layout until I hit on some new tech that the room makes it natural to attempt. Either that, or to think a little harder about the bigger picture – because there was a surprising amount of interconnectedness with not only adjacent rooms, but with theoretically disconnected areas.
