Interesting variant on the Minesweeper formula with irregular patterns where you end up not seeing every bomb area that borders where you click, but once the bomb explodes you think "Oh, I should have seen that". Pretty challenging on the larger levels.

perfect.
Of course, there are a lot of situations that require gambling on luck.
If the author wants to further optimize. How about beautifying materials and optimizing algorithms

If you've played Minesweeper to death and it's to the point where it's all pattern recognition instead of puzzle solving, this is a great pickup, and basically might as well be Minesweeper 2 in my eyes. The simple addition of a procedurally generated irregular grid raises the variance between games tremendously and requires you to basically forget all of the number/bomb patterns you know since they no longer apply.

I got bored of minesweeper literally decades ago, so when I saw this new version I thought "what the heck maybe fun for an evening or so".
Turns out the unpredictable layout draws you in, you have to pay attention, but in many ways the game is also easier. Its hard to put into words but it seems there are more potential mistakes that can end your game, but also more opportunities to move forward when you feel stuck.
Overall this game feels close enough to minesweeper classic for me to jump straight in but also fresh enough to keep me challenged.
Its a solid recommend for old minesweeper players like me.
For people who like logic puzzles I would also recommend.
56 hours later I'm still playing,
