I purchased the Riftwalker’s Essentials Pack on March 14, 2025 - and as of today, June 7, 2025, I still haven’t received the promised 30% discount voucher. If you’re thinking of buying it just for that voucher… don’t. Support replied to each of my tickets after roughly three weeks with polite messages, yet nothing ever showed up in-game. No voucher, no refund - nothing. I logged in every day and tried to buy the Ascended Essentials Pack. Their last message claimed they’d reviewed my account and “the issue seems to be resolved.” Ha—what a joke! They then stopped responding to my final two emails altogether. All my messages were factual and solution-focused - no whining, no flaming. I even said I’d happily renew my Patron subscription and spend more in the shop if this voucher issue was fixed. Instead, I feel like I’ve been scammed. The items from the pack arrived in-game almost instantly. The 30% voucher? Still MIA. I’m completely disappointed and not willing to give Gamigo another cent. It’s sad to see such a great game, packed with content, treated so poorly by its publisher. I loved exploring the world of Telara—until now. I have zero desire to log in anymore. Gamigo should be ashamed.

It came through on my Trion/Gamigo account, no problem. There is a bit of lag between the time of purchase and when it becomes accounted for though. So be patient.

if you already own the bag for this dlc it doesnt give you another one. so if that part is whats makin ya get this, DONT. if you already have a abysal bag it will not give you a second one. and it doesnt tell you this had it i wouldnt have gotten this dlc.
